I highly recommend KC Curb Appeal for their weekly lawn mowing services. Kevin got me out of a pinch when my previous lawn care provider abruptly stopped service mid-season. My front and backyard quickly became overgrown within 2-3 weeks of not being mowed and KC Curb Appeal came right out to provide service. They didn't even charge extra for the extra work they were left with by the other (failed) provider! Kevin is very professional and quick to respond to email's. I know my weekly lawn mowing is in good hands with KC Curb Appeal so I have more time to be out enjoying the warm weather in my backyard.

Kevin took my initial phone call immediately while working in the field and set up a time to look at the job quickly. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He explained the most effective way to complete the job; and although he had projects scheduled for completion during the next 3 weeks he squeezed in my job within a week due to special circumstances. Kevin's work was timely, neat and well done. I highly recommend Kevin for any landscape or hardscape project.

The sealer did in fact harden the poly sand but created a new problem for us. A white residue was left over our pavers and is getting worse over time. Initially, I contacted Kevin and he assured me he would fix the problem and it would be at no cost to us. However, he did nothing to rectify the problem, and in fact wouldn't contact me for weeks at a time, until I would reach out to him and ask him the status of things, he would tell me that he didn't know what the problem was or how to fix it, and seemed like he was getting more and more irritated with me and the situation. I couldn't even get him to try power washing it. Never have I received an apology. In addition, Kevin sent me a bill for some additional work from when he did a fall clean up for $350, I told him I would not pay the bill for the fall clean up until the issue with the walk way was resolved. He told me he would not fix the walk way unless I paid the $350 bill for the clean up. At this point, I did not in fact trust him for his word that he would fix the walk way. January 28th, 2016 I proposed that I draw up a letter, that he promised to fix the damage at no additional cost to us and notarize the letter, then I would send him the $350 payment in trust that he would return in the spring to fix my walk way. He never signed or returned the letter, and I have heard nothing further from him, so now I am left with a damaged walkway.

Kevin was very punctual and friendly. He listened to all my needs and accomplished them as quoted. Would definitely hire again.

Even thought it is a bit of a trip Kevin is a very hard working young man. Very pleasant to work with and the work just "gets done" as contracted for.

We are very happy with the work that was done. Kevin and his crew are very nice people. Our yard looks really fantastic! Immediately we got people giving us positive comments about how everything looked, and people slowed down as they past by to look at the landscape. Kevin is very professional. This is the second year that we have had KC Curb Appeal help us maintain our property. Everything has been very well done.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with. Place looks great. Hard workers who strive to do a great job. Fun talking with them too. Best part was when they were done, they clean up every little thing they could fine. Any dirt, grass or weeds that were on the lawn they picked up and they blew everything off the driveway and picked up. You'd never know they were there doing all that work. Kevin was great to deal with from doing the initial estimate, to communicating with before starting the job till job completion. I would recommend KC Curb Appeal to anyone. The men were great. Ken showed up the first day, promptly at 8:30 AM, and got his crew oriented and made sure we were all on the same page as to what was wanted and how it was going to be done. Each day the men arrived on time and worked as long as time and the job would allow. The men were very experienced, call the craftsman or artists with pavers. They worked for 14 hour days almost non stop. In the end, everything looked better than it had when it was new. Each day they cleaned up completely. The men were friendly and took real pride in the work they were doing. They went above and beyond, saving the grass that they removed to use as sod around the finished product, and seeding the areas that they couldn't sod. Our finished product is better than new, where new stones were blended with old it was done so you can't tell it wasn't always that way. We are very satisfied, and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.

They worked hard and did a beautiful job. They didn't mind adding the sidewalk removal to the plan on the day of the job. Kevin was very responsive via email. Kevin came out personally to do the estimate and also was on site at the beginning and end of the job.

Kevin came and gave an estimate and answered all my questions. Communicated via email. They were scheduled to do my lawn on a Thursday but came the next day and I was notified. My lawn looks great, we are very happy with the end result.

KC Curb did an outstanding job during the past winter. When I first called about their services, I was gathering information on lawn mowing and snow removal services. They were very informative and their prices were very reasonable. It turned out I didn't need law mowing after all, but I still needed snow removal services. KC Curb Appeal scheduled an appointment very quickly for a quote, They were extremely attentive when the snow was falling throughout the very long winter. They were very quiet when removing the snow and did an excellent job clearing my driveway every single time they came. They provided excellent customer service and the overall experience was above & beyond expectations. I would absolutely use them again!

Kevin and crew worked from morning until dark. The job ended up bigger than he or I expected with some exceptionally large and stubborn tree stumps, but they worked without complaint until the job was done. I requested extra work be done toward the end of their job, and they did it ("no problem") even though it meant adding an extra half day of work. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done, and the product looks good.

When I drove home from work yesterday and arrived to my property, it looked great. All the mulch was evenly distributed around my trees -- in a long ellipse, thus cutting down on mowing time as well -- and the hole where the stump had been was filled in and seeded with hay on top. To top off, in Kevin's normal style, I noticed when I left my property this morning on my way to work that his crew put down mulch all the way to the corner of the fence that backs up to my neighbor's fence. It used to be a "messy" corner with overgrown weeds, but they were all gone. Now the entire area -- the trees lining my fence with the leftover mulch, plus the corner where the two fences meet -- look well manicured. Very happy -- once again -- using the services of KC Curb Appeal.

Kevin and his two coworkers called me prior to arriving this morning and met me out in the driveway. I showed them what my expectations and needs were. Kevin knew I was on a budget and was able to accommodate it. They not only did everything I requested -- love the way they make everything look symmetrical -- but they raked all the leaves/twigs/stragglers underneath the places they cut, including under two extra bushes. And they did a great job of cleaning up all the small branches/leaves they cut off. So now my house finally looks like it's been taken care of. I will be having them over again in the fall.

They were fine. They were timely and cost effective.

He did a FANTASTIC job. Very prompt and professional and listened to what our needs and concerns were. He offered suggestions and is very knowledgeable. We plan on having him return to complete several other sections.

Removed truck loads on stone level ground with new dirt , seed and straw. They found 14 fence posts with concrete that were never removed when fence was replaced. They removed them with out asking because that was the right thing to do. And they still had it done at cost and on time. Very Impressed ! Also it was 90+ outside and they were working around a inground pool all day, didn't get one thing in the pool.

I had KC curb appeal cut my lawn for me while I was on a lengthy vacation. My yard is a medium size yard. Usually takes me about 2 hours to complete everything, including trimming. Kevin came by and gave me an estimate of $32 dollars. I scheduled a date and we were set. I returned from my vacation to a trimmed lawn. They did a good job and I was pleased. The estimate of $32 was accurate. I Will use again in the future for sure.

Kevin was awesome. He was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, and did an absolutely amazing job on my yard and in my garden. All of the bushes/shrubs and beds had been neglected over the past two to three years during my own illness and then my brother's and father's. Everything needed to be cut back, weeded, edged, mulched, stoned, etc. Everytime I went outside I became overwhelmed with the amount of work it needed. Kevin and his crew weeded all the beds, trimmed all the bushes, removed weeds and trees that had grown up, edged, mulched, stoned and cut a border around my pool and put stone in. They weeded and mulched my garden and the whole thing looks beautiful. I can't say enough about them and their work. They are hardworking, professional men. I will definitely call them back in the near future.

Kevin was great and the service was excellent. He responded quickly to phone calls. He arrived as scheduled, was able to give a quote and then do the work on the same day, which was a nice bonus. The work was done professionally, Kevin and his crew cleaned everything up and hauled all away (even some extra from weeding that I had previously done). The place looks fantastic. Kevin was also very knowledgeable about our shrubs and flowers. He walked through the yard with me and gave advice as to how to care for everything. I am extremely satisfied and will use him again next spring.

Kevin gave a clear and fair estimate of cost and time of the project, and the job was completed even better than initially described and on time. Kevin's crew was great, on time, worked hard and were pleasant and professional. The final result was outstanding, with excellent cleanup. I would definitely recommend this company to others, and hope to hire them again when it's time to landscape.
