JV's Construction

1/7/13 - I called Jake. He said that he no longer has his own business, so could not help me. He said that he has told Angie's List about this several times, but he continues to get calls.

They never took the time to call me back or give me an estimate.

My roof was out of pitch and they made it perfectly straight. They showed up the first day on the project and I expected a large crew. The owner of the company and 1 or 2 helpers per day showed up. They did a great job. They worked hard, ethcial, professional and kept on budget. We had good communication throughout the project and they are also very knowledgable. I will be having them out again in the spring for additional work.

I was pleased and I would use him again.

Jake and his team from JV's Construction did an amazing job remodeling a room for our first baby. He was punctual, responsive and easy to get in touch with from the beginning of the process to the very end. He showed great attention to detail and kept us appraised of the progress during the construction. The project was a full gut and remodel of a bedroom, with all new everything: insulation, electrical, sheet rock, window, shelving, closet doors and full painting and trim details. The entire process took just over two weeks (with delay due to the window order being held up). I was impressed with the quality of work and will definitely be hiring JV's Construction again.

He is taking his time wit the job to make sure it is done right. He is about 1/2 done.

After a previous company insulated my attic incorrectly, Jake noticed that there was a problem and advised me on what was wrong. He's very knowledgeable around energy conservation and construction of homes. I look forward to having him work on fixing the problems left by the previous contractor.

Exceptional! Jake and his company are true artisans. They possess the up most integrity, honesty, punctuality, and the highest quality of workmanship. After I interviewed over a dozen contractors, because I was very informed of the work needed. JV exceeded our expectations and helped us complete our project on budget. They are an answer to a prayer and we hope to have them out for future work. We cannot stress enough for their phenomenal work and excellent service.

He is an awesome carpenter. He did beautiful work. He has a great eye for detail. He is efficient, clean, and a good problem solver. He saw the problem, and was ale to help.
