They were prompt in every way (calling, coming out to give an estimate). They saw what was there when they came to give me an estimate. When they came to haul it away, they didn't take all of it. They said that cat litter is a toxic waste and they couldn't take it. They never mentioned that when they saw what I needed hauled away. They said no one would take it. Not true. Even so, it wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me that when they came out to give the estimate.
