Great communication

They did a fantastic job and finished quickly. Jeff has been doing our plowing for several years. We just hired them to clear the perimeter of our yard and take out a hedge row so a fence could be installed. They worked hard to clear and grub the area the first day. The second day, he had a crew of 5 to spread topsoil, seed and mulch. Fine work. Extremely pleased.

unlike the other contractors I contacted through Angie's List who responded promptly to my request for a service quote, this company never returned my message

Called to request a quote. Said he'd look the next day. No one came. I called again. He went to look. He never called me back with info. Not worth the hassle of trying to track him down just to get a quote. Can't imagine what level of service would be with money already in his hand.

Jeff’s Cutting Edge cleaned up my yard for the first time this past November and provided snow plowing services throughout the winter season. Living in Syracuse, NY, there's plenty of snow to be plowed! I found the provider to be professional and reliable, and I was extremely pleased with the work completed. Jeff’s will be maintaining my lawn this year and clearing the snow from my driveway once the snow flies again next winter – or sooner!

We had difficulty finding a snow removal contractor this season. Jeff returned our call immediately and came right out to assess our properties. We signed a contract the same day and he's plowed us twice already due to a recent storm. Very courteous and professional and has skilled staff.

This company does an excellent job. When I have a question or a concern, Tony listens and takes care of things for me. This is the 1st season for cutting my lawn and I'll continue based on their solid performance and excellent price. As regards snow plowing, Tony does an excellent job to keep our driveway clean. They plow 2 times a day when a bad snow. When i asked to strat dumping snow to other side of driveway, Tony took care of it immediately.

I have been with Jeff for approximately 4 years and can't recommend him more highly. Great guys, great service...best around.

Contractor does a good job on the basics, ie. mowing and trim. Sometimes I have to remind him of certain areas that need his attention, but he is curteous and responsive once I remind him or ask for specific attention on the property. My only regret is that he is not into weeding or trimming back shrubs which we need ocassionaly if we are gone for awhile on vacation. For this reason alone I grade him a B. I believe his prices are competitive and reasonable. I appreciate the good job that he does.

They were very punctual. They brought four people to do the work. I asked them to do a couple more things and they did them without any hassle. They were very happy to have my business, and they did an excellent job.
