Jack's Septic Service

Our years long septic saga finally has a happy ending! We called multiple places over the last two years knowing time was running out (the tank hadn’t been serviced in at least 20 years) and our septic mystery needed to be addressed, and the tank and access located. People would show up with some vague answer, tell us they’d simply bring in an excavator and dig up the yard, or not return our calls at all. I called Jack's Septic Service on Monday, and on Thursday they were at our house trying to help us find the tank, and figure out what was going on. They were here for over two hours, with cameras and sensors, and when I thought all hope was lost, they found the buried access cover (the huge gear), and serviced our septic tank. I was speechless. This has been hanging over our heads for so long. Five stars to Jack’s Septic Service!

These guys are nothing short of AMAZING!! My sewer backed up out of nowhere, in my new home I was only in for 4 weeks! I called Jack and they were there within the hour. They identified a broken pipe and went above and beyond to get it repaired and get me back in service. So professional So experienced So responsive So reasonably priced for the quality of service. I will be a customer for life. Thank you, Jack & team!

They were very professional. Work was done in a timely manner.

They quoted me $250 and $20 to dig the hole but charged me $500 because the tank was over filled. They did not give me an itemized receipt and asked if I could write the check directly out to the owner of the company instead of the company. Pretty shady business practices if you ask me. We will NOT be using them again!
