I gave them a D not an F because the work was good. Unfortunately it look over 4 months to do a job that should have taken 2 weeks. I only awarded them the contract because the salesman promised they would have people on the job every single day until it was done. I made it a point of asking them NOT to leave my job and go to another and I was assured it would be done. I was given bad information regarding selection of an overhead door and when I questioned the Project Manager - he quit the job. It took Jordan to come to the house to smooth things over when he AGAIN promised they would send the crews to my house every day to bang out the rest of the work. That never happened. I had someone who would come for a couple of hours a day and then leave and not come back at all that week. The painter would come, paint a couple of things and leave instead of just painting everything in one day. We wound up removing several things from the contract and just paying someone else to get them done because working with Santoro was extremely difficult. Their prices were fair and like I said, I am mostly satisfied with the work that was done. Early on (before the problems) I asked for a quote on finishing a bathroom remodel that was interrupted by the fire. I asked for the quote 3x and never got it. This is fine since I will never use them again.

From our very first meeting/consultation to the final post-punch list walk throug, Santoro was excellent. The budget/contract was very fair and completely transparent. Every foreman that we had was attentive to quality execution of all details, attentive to our requests, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend Santoro Construction for any job whether big or small.

Carpenters "Buck and Chuck" did a beautiful job, executing a design from my sketches. I have used this company on prior occasions, and would not hesitate to use them again.

The workers were prompt, and worked later in the day when the rain delayed their mid-day construction. Because of the problematic weather, they even had to come back and finish on Saturday morning, and they were professional and did very high quality work. I felt they went above and beyond in their level of professionalism. They left our yard free of any roofing scraps, and our house looking beautiful. We plan to hire them again to roof our detached garage.

J. Santoro Construction, LLC. did what I wanted them to do. They professional, knowledgeable, their quote was appropriate and they responded to emails and phone calls.

Fantastic. Worked directly with Greg on scope and Jeff the site lead. The initial quote was less than another qualified contractor that I had used in the past. Greg and Jeff came up with ways to cost effectively complete the job while protecting the existing structure (we took the entire roof off to add the second story). As the job progressed I decided to increase the scope and made additional changes. They were always fair in their pricing and presented multiple alternatives. Jeff was on the job daily and often pointed out options or alternatives for handling detailed items. In the end we wound up with a completed home that far exceeded our expectations at a very fair price.
