Description of Work: Phil Hanneman, was referred to me by a friend after a renovation gone wrong. He completely restored my faith in the construction business. He came and finished the work another contractor had failed to compete in 6 wks in just two days (the two days before thanksgiving none the less). He made it so that I had a lovely and safe place to entertain my company, which I didn't think would be possible. His work was beautiful and the railing he constructed for our stairs was better than I had even envisioned. He and his employee were on time and curious. They went out of their way to help us and I am so grateful. . His pricing was more than fair and he provided me with a detailed itemized bill at the end of the project. He also provided receipts for everything that he purchased. I would highly recommend working with this company if you are looking to do any home renovations!
