Benjamin Alexander is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, and he explains his services in detail. We had a problem with squirrels in our attic who were chewing through our soffiting. He placed several traps in the problem areas and he came every day for 10days to check the traps and remove the rodents. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had regarding home repair/mitigation. We had a fairly moderate problem with multiple critters. Ben was very knowledgeable about removing the pests as well as repairing the house to keep them out. We used to hear them nightly and now the space is quiet and secure. Ben went above and beyond and I think that was his lexicon. His service is impeccable and I wish more people were as professional, consistent, and fair as him.

I am so happy with the work that Ben from Golden Standard Services, LLC did for me. We had a squirrel in the loft of our garage for weeks!! I tried loud noise and lights, a trap with peanuts in it...everything! But nothing worked. So, I went under Angi to try to get some help. After comparing 2 estimates, I chose Ben. His price was less than half of the other contractor that called me, he set up the trap the next day, and caught the sneaky squirrel in 24 hours flat!! Best decision ever!! He also did a phenomenal job patching the hole that the squirrel had made (he is also a Home Inspector and knows about quality repair work). He took his time, cleaning up a months worth of feces, and making sure that there was not a nest. Ben is the real deal, and I am already referring all of my friends and family to him. Hired to check for small rodent or bird in my chimney. Came out & did a complete inspection for no charge outside & in. Hired him to do a camera inspection of the chimney inside. He is very punctual & will call when he is on his way. Excellent customer service, which is almost unheard of now.
