Initial contact was attempted via email- per their ad- they advertise that they respond in 24 hours. No one responded to the email, so I called later the following week and arranged for one of the technicians to come and spray. The work was performed on the day as scheduled.

Called in the morning and the man from Gannon's showed up as scheduled and with a full complement of professional gear. He quickly determined where the nest was and applied at least two forms of insecticide which stopped all yellow jacket activity within 24 hours. As I recall, the work came with a 180 day warranty. No problem since then, Happy to recommend Gannon pest control.

Their service is good. We have been using them for several years. They will come back if we see any nests on your home at no additional cost.

They completed the work in one visit. They stated if there were any signs of yellow jackets to call them but we did not need to call them again.

The experience was fine. They were prompt and did a good job.

My tenants complained of a spider invasion. We were leaving for vacation the next day. I called Gannon to explain the problem and was told what they could do for me. The work was scheduled to be done in five days. Since I was not going to be available to pay when the work was scheduled, I paid with my credit card. My card was charged when the work was completed. I was given a three month warranty. I was charged an outlying Service charge which I knew about in advance.

I will renew my service every year and encourage my neighbors to use them also!

it went great very professional on the phone and even called to confirm the appoint a day ahead of time. Very quick only took them about 20 minutes to spray the house, shed, pool and playground

I received a call at work 30 minutes prior to application, soi that I could meet with the rep prior to application. The time can be varied based on your needs. The representative from Gannon arrived on time, for a brief meeting of what was going to be done. The perimeter of the house was sprayed, as expected. So far, I am very happy. The warranty is for 4 months for this application. So if I see ants in a month or so, I can call them back for a reapplication.

We have had a couple of odd problems with wasps and things. I can call them ahead of time and let them know what it is. They get everything they need. They call me ahead of time. If I still have a problem, they will come back out. I recommend them to other people.

Gannon Pest Control arrived on time. They talked to us and explained what they were going to do and gave us information about the products they were using. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They did a great job as we are bug free! There is no reason to go anywhere else! We are very pleased!

WE HAD AN ANT PROBLEM THAT WE HAD TRIED TO CONTROL WITH SPRAYS AND TRAPS FROM RETAIL STORES WITH NO SUCCESS. I CALLED GANNON PEST CONTROL AND WITHIN 36 HOURS THEY HAD A TECHNICIAN AT OUR HOUSE. I HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS AND WE HAVE A DOG SO I WANTED SOMETHING SAFE TO BE USED. i HAD TO TAKE THE DOG AND VACATE THE PREMISES FOR 4 HOURS BUT AFTER THAT IT WOULD BE SAFE FOR BOTH OF US. THEY SPRAYED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PLUS LEFT PROFESSIONAL TRAPS. OVER ONE YEAR LATER WE STILL HAVE NO ANTS IN THE HOUSE. HE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY EFFICIENT. I WAS SENT AN ;INVOICE FOR THE SERVICES A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER RATHER THAN WAITING FOR A CHECK WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE AS MANY SERVICE COMPANIES DO. SINCE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THIS COMPANY I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THEY WERE WILLING TO WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR THEIR MONEY.

I had been reluctant to treat my home with chemicals, which is one reason we had had reacurring problems for a while. The people I talked to on the phone were patient and sympathetic and worked with me on scheduling. Joe was our technician, and he arrived ontime. He was very professional, and seemed very knowledgeable about insects. He patiently answered endless questions I had about the products he used, what insects we were dealing with, and how to prevent them in the future. He seemed interested in treating the problems but not treating things unnecessarily that would jack up the price. It was a positive experience for me.

We have used them for three seasons, and their work is effective in that we don't see many bees for most of the summer. They also come free of charge later in the summer if the effect has worn off, which it usually does by mid-August. I especially appreciate that they are very clear in their instructions about keeping windows closed and pets indoors when they come.

They are excellent!! They are incredibly thorough, professional, and responsive. Once they spray your property, their work is guaranteed up to the first snowfall. If you find any bees, wasps, or hornets after a treatment, they’ll be back out the very next day free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They are wonderful! They are reliable, and will arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Their office is well organized, and they’ll mail you reminders for service as needed. Also, they have an option to pay bills online, which I think is very convenient.

Gannon was recommended to us by a neighbor. They were pleasant over the phone, and the gentlemen they sent were very professional. I think some of their employees are retired and/or volunteer firemen. Overall, I think the company is trustworthy. We would definitely go back with them in the future.

They were excellent. They were like everybody in business. They showed up on time. They explained what they were doing. They were good quality company. I would use them in the future.

They just came out once and I haven’t had any problem since. They charged me $235 on that service. They were on time, polite and took care of their job timely. They did not goof around at all when they were here. Spraying for bees is a little messy, so I wish they were a little more careful around the windows, but there is not much that can do about that. I would use them again. Their pricing was excellent. They were on time and really did a good job.

I am extremely disappointed with Gannon. First off, they do not listen to the individual calling to get an idea about what they're dealing with. They simply make an assumption, and treat based on that assumption. They do not send individuals to your home to make an assessment and craft a treatment plan for your problem. A work order is made up, a person shows up to your house does the "job" and then leaves. They don't announce that they are there, there is no interaction with the customer, nothing! To top it all off, I'm sitting here looking at the invoice and the notes section CLEARLY says that we were seeing both spiders and ants around the house. The individual who came to the house for the treatment sprayed only 15 ounces of Talstar Pro (a readily available commercial grade pesticide designed for only spiders). The disappointing thing is, this is something I could have done myself. A quart of Talstar Pro sells for around $50. I would have had enough for 6 months worth of treatments (an entire years worth), and saved about $290 had i been dumb enough to higher Gannon again. We were charged $170, for someone to spray about $25.00 worth of commercial grade pesticide around our house... I am not amused. When I call "Professionals" to do a job, I expect professional results. I also expect professional equipment and materials to be used. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE INVOICE SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED THAT WE WERE NEEDING ANTS TAKEN CARE OF, AS WELL!! The Ant problem was not taken care of at all. I contacted Gannon and spoke with the woman who scheduled our treatment and she was adamant about us paying for the ant treatment, even though it says on our invoice that we should receive it as part of the $170. She was going to charge us another $190 for just the ant treatment alone. I hung up with her, FUMING(!!) and immediately went to a pest control website and purchased all the equipment and materials to do the job myself. $100 later, I have enough materials and equipment to treat my home for: Carpenter ants Small Black ants Thief ants Wolf Spiders Black House Spiders (and here's the kicker) For 3+ YEARS! Gannon Pest Control is a shoddy business, that does not perform professional work. They overcharge (EXORBITANTLY) for commercial grade chemicals, and do not perform the work ordered to be done by the customer. I will never be contacting them again, and hope that this review, even though it's somewhat scathing, steers others away from them.
