We have used service on an annual basis for the past five years. They do a great job.

We've been using them for at least 5 years. They are the only ones we've used. They are very knowledgeable, very professional, very helpful and very efficient. They know their business.

The exterminator arrived when the company said he would. He was professional, described the problem, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. He had appropriate safety equipment for the job, and provided me with documentation about the chemicals he had used, and how effective I could expect them to be. He described the company's warranty, and after what date I should contact them if the wasps reappeared. However, no followup visit was necessary, so the treatment seemed to be effective. EDIT: Unfortunately, the wasps have come back after a couple of weeks, but I called and they scheduled a quick followup appointment. I'll post an update when the followup visit is complete. EDIT2: After the re-application (which they informed me might be necessary) we didn't have any problem with the wasps for the rest of the summer. Overall, very satisfied with their work.

The service technician - Chris - was punctual, pleasant, informative and highly efficient. So far it looks like a single treatment may be doing the trick, but they will come back out and spray again if needed.

It was raining on the original scheduled day, so they called and rescheduled. Arrived when they said they would. Called ahead as I asked them to do. Pricey, but easy to work with.

It's fine. I'm still getting occasional ants but probably less than I would if I haven't had it done. They're easy to work with. I think they're a little pricey for what they did but it's fine.

Time will tell if it ever gets sunny outside!

It went very well. They were actually a little earlier than planned, after calling to see if it would be OK. Clean, professional provider. Very pleased.

Great. The bee service solved a significant wasp problem around my attached deck. Gannon came back in mid-summer due to finding new wasp nests at no additional cost. Customer should follow the Gannon website instructions regarding window cleaning because bee service does result in a visible residue on adjacent windows. Also Gannon applicator was sensitive to environmental issues and would not spray adjacent to a swallow nest built under one of my eaves. I signed up for the early season special for bee and ant service for 2014.

Found carpenter bees in the garage and carpenter ants in the house. Provided education about the two and I made a decision to kill the carpenter ants in the house and leave the carpenter bees at peace in the garage as pollinators are having a hard time.

Both the person on the phone and the technician who came to the house were helpful and professional. The technician was prompt, called before coming (as requested), and explained everything very clearly and helpfully while in my house. They voluntarily deducted the Angie's list discount from my bill, without my having to ask. So far, all is well--and the services provided have a guarantee in case the problem comes back.

He treated areas as needed.. He stated if we saw anymore activity, please call as it might take another treatment since the infestation was large and this year was a record year for ants issues. We did have to call them back for the second treatment. He promptly returned and treated again some ares and treated other areas as needed. We were very pleased with their service from the call for assistance to the visit and subsequent visit to solve our problem. He was courteous, professional and helpful in explaining the problems and treatments he applied. We would absolutely call this service in the future if required..

Hired Gannon for pest control and maintenance for the past 10 years, especially for bees. They are the best, they are reliable, they stand by their work, you pay 1 time and they come back for maintenance package.

We noticed bees going up under our siding in large quantities, so we called Gannon. We called them on Tuesday, and they were able to have someone come out the very next day. He was prompt, thorough, and told us that he saw the queen bee come out, so it should destroy the hive. He told us what to expect - some bees coming back to the hive, bees acting lethargic around the openings, and told us if we saw anything else to call. They gave us a 4 month guarantee on their service.. Over the next few days, we saw an increasing number of bees in our basement - one the first day, two the next - so we called them back. They had someone come out the next day - on a Saturday - and they dusted around some pipes and insulation. There was no additional charge for that service, and we have had no other issues since then. I would highly recommend Gannon to anyone, and (although I hope we don;t have to) I would absolutely use them again.

My only complaints were in procedures. I had to empty the cabinets under all 6 of my sinks when the ants aren't even down there. Didn't wear booties over his shoes that he was wearing as he was applying chemicals to my lawn.lastly i thought the cost was too high for the services that were preformed. No attempt was made to find nest(s).

They’re wonderful. They are very receptive and customer focused. I had a question about whether or not something was done, and she sent someone back out to redo it. They are local, which I like, and they are always punctual and priced right. Maybe the best thing is that their work comes with a warranty so if any pest infiltrate they will take care of the problem free of charge.

They came twice. The first time is to eliminate a yellow-jacket nest in my ceiling. The price was very reasonable. In a couple of weeks or so, I found another possible problem but it was not necessarily an extensive issue. I was a bit disappointed that they charged the same amount for the second job within weeks. I was expecting a bit of discount. Otherwise, all other experience was extremely good. I would use this company again.

Quickly and well...all ants gone!

Great. Nice to have no bees on our deck this year. Although they said spraying the deck may not get all the bees underneath, spaying all the boards on top of the deck and all the slots between did the trick! Return trip got all the rest of bees around the house. Very nice on phone and good communication.

They didn't charge for the second call because they guarantee their work. They were great to work with.

The service provided was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He provided the service requested and a little extra. He provided us with detailed information about the spray and powder he used to treat our home. Yes, I will definitely use this company again.

We'd started noticing carpenter ants scouting throughout the interior of the house, and heavily increased activity outside in the front and back. Bill (the tech from Gannon) did a full perimeter spray of the interior and exterior. They also treated the pipes and baseboards and void spaces with an atomizer to gas out a few areas they might like to nest in, followed by a long lasting powder. They were very safety conscious, especially regarding our children and pets. They informed us ahead of time of potential issues (i.e. we had to have the kids out of the house and pets isolated away from the areas being treated.)

Gannon Pest Control was absolutely awesome to deal with. They worked with both me and my tenant on the phone and had someone out in less than 60 minutes (at 8:30 pm). Their specialist assessed and was prepared to remove a large nest that my tenant discovered while trying to paint the ceiling in my rental unit. It turned out to be a dead nest, and they advised us that we could remove it, without charging us for unnecessary professional removal. He checked out the source of the infestation and advised us how to fix it. We will be engaging them to provide preventative treatment to prevent a reocurrence, since wasps have been a problem on the deck. The ladies in the office were fabulous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

The first spray didn't take and they needed to return at least 2 more times to spray again. There was no problem having repeat calls. I am hiring them this spring also!
