They're great. Their price is comparable to their competitors prices. They came even faster than they promised me so they did fine.

The initial call was handled by an experienced, knowledgeable person and he did the rest of the property at the same time and hit all the spots. The following year it was done by a younger person who seemed a bit disinterested when I was explaining our problem areas ( e.g. behind shutters, pool area). Last year person seemed more interested in the job. I will, however, use them again this year but probably supervise a bit more to make sure the areas are all covered.

They came out right away, quickly determined the entry point where bees were apparently making a nest in the cinderblock wall. They sprayed and put poison at the entry and exit points from the nest and that was the end of the bee problem.

I had them come out one time. They accomplished the job that they were hired to do.

I used them twice a year to bait my house for mice. They just were here in October, because they come April & October. If I didn’t rate them “A’, I wouldn’t have them come to my house! I give them an “A”, otherwise I wouldn’t be using them over and over. I have them for twice a year for 10 years when I had a mice problem in my house. If there wasn’t a personal connection, than I probably would call someone else. The price has gone up in the last 10 years as expected.

Outstanding! We reported the yellowjacket nest on Friday and Gannon scheduled a technician to come by the following Monday. The technician arrived at exactly the scheduled time and got to work immediately. The entire process took about one hour. The wasps haven?t returned since the treatment, so I?m fully satisfied with Gannon?s work. I?ll definitely call them again if I have any pest control issues in the future.

He was on time, very nice, walked around foundation with me & he found the nest quickly. Sprayed, dusted & removed nest. He explained what he did, what to do next & when. VERY helpful!! I was not home when they sprayed but they left a work order specifying the areas that they treated. Perimeter of the house under the eaves, around the deck, shed, mailbox and lightpost. I thought they were very professional when I spoke with them on the phone. We will be calling back to have them retreat areas where bees have reappeared.

Last fall I called Gannon about a problem with Flying Carpenter Ants. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and I left a message. I never received a return call. I chalked it up to a busy season, and I received my answer through other means so it wasn't a big deal. As an Angie's List member they had good reviews, and I had personal contacts that had recommended them as well. So, when I returned from a vacation and found a bad bee problem at my home I called them right away the next morning. Again, I was greeted by their answering machine. I left a message explaining my situation and the dire need to get it taken care of. I even mention how I was and Angies list member and had personal recommendations for their services. I waited most of the day and never heard back, and at that point I contacted another company that was able to help me. It is over 2 days later and once again NO ONE has bothered to call me back or try to help me. Doing this to me twice was more than frustrating and I will be sure to share with people which company was able to help me and which wasn't even willing to call me back.

Service person arrived on time and explained in detail what he would be doing. He then fogged the nest and removed it. He was done in under a half hour and the hornets are now gone. Very happy with the service of both the exterminator tech and the office staff that I interacted with.

Easy to schedule, imformative.guarantee work for the season. Haven't seen more ants. Good news!

They were very cooperative. They did a fantastic job. All I can say is that they came up very shortly after I called them. They guaranteed me that if the bees will come back, they will be back.
