Description of Work: Carpenter ant treatment. This was the first time I've had carpenter ants and was alarmed when I noticed them. Gannon came right away on a Saturday and did not charge extra for the weekend appointment. The technician was on time, friendly, professional and let me know that about 90% of their calls this summer were for carpenter ants, I was glad to know that I was not alone. They did need to return a second time but at not additional charge and again arrived when they said they would. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We had some preventative ant treatment done to the exterior of the house as we saw one too many carpenter ants crawling on the ceder siding. Seemed to do the trick. Two to three weeks later, there was about 10 ants concentrated in one area on the siding. Gannon promptly returned and treated the area saying it was a migratory time of year and it was nothing to be worried about. Haven't seen any ants since.
