Description of Work: They treated a roach problem. The contract was for four months and was guaranteed. I own a two family home. They treated both apartments and basement for that amount. They used a combination of different treatments to attack the problem. They sprayed,dusted pipes in basement and some type of birth control. It took about three treatments to resolve issue. I did a fourth before contract ended just to be sure it was resolved and to get my money's worth for service. They were always on time,and did the same thorough treatments each time. That was two years ago, the problem has not returned.

Description of Work: We were having a problem with small black ants coming into the house. Called Gannon and a person came out the next day, discussed the problem and the types of ant killer he would use. He applied the poison and the ants died within a few days. They have a 60-day guarantee which was also reassuring, although we did't need to use it! I would call them again if we have any other problems.

Description of Work: Preventative Bee Spray. We have used them for years & receive a "Neighborhood discount" because they do several houses on our street the same day. They guarantee until frost & only twice in the last 15 years or so have we called them back. They came promptly to respray. Great service!

Description of Work: This visit was a call back due to finding a beehive in our hedgerow. They came back to kill all of the bees in the hive and removed the hive from the premises. They originally came in the spring to spray our property for bees. This was a follow-up due to the fact that we were having a bee problem.
