Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house and garage for insects including carpenter bees. Those pesky bees left along with ants, etc. I've used Gannon before and have always been satisfied!

Description of Work: Had an inspection for some honey bees outside my home. I spoke to Sharon at length on the phone, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional (not to mention nice!) Will came out, and was just as knowledgeable and wonderful. We haven't gone ahead with service yet, mainly because we need to time it with having other work done since in order to remove the nest, we need to remove shingles from outside, or cut a hole through the inside wall, but when we do go ahead, we'll definitely use Gannon! They're A+++!!

Description of Work: Had family stay over who had been traveling elsewhere, and in the days after, everyone else had bites. Was concerned over bedbugs and called Gannon for service. The technician I talked to was very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to recommend some surveillance and provided free sticky strips and described how to place and monitor them. He could have just come and done a full service and charged me, but he took the time to find out the details and make appropriate recommendations that saved me a bunch of money as it turned out we did not have the dreaded bedbugs after all.

Description of Work: We utilize their "Early Bird" special each spring to prevent bees in our attic. Part of the deal is they will come back and retreat throughout the year for free. Great service and responsiveness!

Description of Work: Contacted Gannon by phone and left an early morning voice mail message concerning a stink bug invasion experienced over the warm weekend. I was ready to hire them regardless of the cost. My call was returned within the hour. The representative with whom I spoke (an owner I believe) explained that the cause of this problem was due to lingering warm weather. She further explained that the onset of lower temps would cause the problem to abate and, that chemical spraying is generally ineffective when it comes to this insect. Her recommendation was to wait out the coming change of weather vs. spend the money to spray now. This advice was followed, and the outcome was as predicted. Gannon is truly an honest service provider.
