+ -1 moreThey were pleasant. At first I wanted them to come out and fix it but they told me how expensive it would be so I took it to them. I appreciated them doing that. It took longer than they said it would but I wasn't in a really big hurry so I didn't mind waiting. The window looks like it did before it was broken. The price was less than I thought it would be. Sometimes it was hard to get hold of them.
Description of Work: I used Flower City Glass to repair a window. It was a 4x4 aluminum sliding window.
