 + -1 moreThey are very busy this time of year, but were able to get me in the schedule. They first came to look at my unit and assess what needed to be done. They did not charge me to come and look at my system. Once they knew the cost and timing, they called and gave me a quote and I scheduled a date to have the work done. They arrived on time, explained everything to me and were done in the time frame they committed to. They advised they would be contacting me in a couple weeks to see how the system was running and would monitor to make sure all the settings were correct. They also advised I should be good for 3 to 5 years before my system will need to be serviced again. It was a relief that I finally found someone who knew the system I had and what needed to be done.
Description of Work: I have an Anderson water conditioning unit that was in need of servicing After calling 3 companies, Finger Lakes was the only company that new anything about my system. They totally cleaned my system and replaced the media filtration.
