The plan was to have I believe, three or four visits. The first representative was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and did a good job explaining exactly what they would do. It all seemed well. The second representative however, came and told us the exact opposite of what the first rep told us, bad mouthed him, said he didn't know what he was doing, and to be honest completely confused me. He said that the first rep put the food in the wrong places, and he went around and pretty much re-did the work of the first rep. He told us that he would go back to the office and explain that he had to re-do the work, but that never happened. At this point, I don't know where we are in the plan. I believe they have one more visit, I'm not sure. The bills keep coming though. On the bright side, we haven't heard any mice in awhile, so I guess whatever they did seemed to work. We'll see what happens in the fall when weather begins to get cold.

I called and made an appointment for a certain time so I could be there to let them into the house to check the mouse bates they had been taking care of. I called that morning to confirm they would be there at that time only to be told they weren't certain of the time but they would call me back. I called again 1 1/2 hours before the scheduled appointment to be sure they were going to be there at that time only to be told that they would contact the technician and get back to me. I told them that I needed to travel to the location and needed to be called back at least a 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment to be able to arrive on time. I never heard from them. I called back after the scheduled time of the appointment and at that time was told that they serviced the house that morning. Several hours before the scheduled appointment. I was told that they called and left two messages on my cell phone. Which is a lie because I never have a missed call or message left by them on my cell phone when they tell me they did. A story I received from them on more then one occasion as this was not the first time they showed up for a service to be done and only did a partial one because I was not there to let them into my home. Which is the reason for my call in the morning to confirm my appointment. I have to say that the technicians are professional and I feel do good work but the office staff that handles appointments are lacking in skill to say the very least. They are down right terrible and its like pulling teeth to get them to help. They say that they record your conversations but when I ask them to listen to past appoints that I made to verify that I called to make specific appointments , they refuse. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to friend or foe.

They were on time, courteous, and efficient in a timely fashion. He spoke to be before leaving, recommending not using the deck space for a day or so to let the spray do its job. Any problems? Call them, which I have not had to do. The invoice honored your discount.

Our primary contact was very helpful and communicative. The work for attic mold remediation was excellent. Aside from the craftsmanship, I was a little disappointed in the preparation since some of the rugs were spotted, nothing serious, but something that occurred during service. More disappointing, however, was the continued insistence for payment, 50% down, and the remainder after, and I emphasize what should have been AFTER services. When my father went to the front door before the service was to be accomplished, EnviroTech wanted payment, as they entered the front door. With professional services, I am used to paying Net 30, within 30 days of a service. This gives the customer time to review the work. To being required to pay the same day of service, or as was attempted just prior to the service being completed was unprofessional. As chance would have it we ended up paying a couple of days later by providing payment via phone. I was happy with the actual service, but unhappy with the insistence on immediate payment and the preparation, making sure the walking area was well protected.

They are friendly and fast and knowledge about the service. They are green company and do a great job.

The first couple of times they came they were very good and very efficient and they got rid of the bees right away. I didn’t like that they would send a card saying when they were coming and if wasn’t there they would just do the outside of the house. So if you aren’t there when they come, you are paying for half of a job. I had some ants coming in through the floor boards so I asked them to do something about it but they just told me to wax the floors so the ants couldn’t get through. After that they said they would send their best man but he didn’t even know that they had drilled holes near my baseboards previously. They started out being good but they ended up getting worse. Even though I ended my service with them they kept sending cards saying that they were going to come so I had to call and tell them not to come until I call. Everyone who came was pleasant but I don’t know that they always did any work.
