Dustless Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Proceed with extreme caution. I had my entire first floor redone and it seemed to be going well until the final coat. There are bumps all over the entire floor vs. a very smooth finish. I had them try and fix it and their attempt made it worse now I will need to have it completely redone. Their sander also made the floor uneven in various areas. It's unfortunate because they were nice personable guys, but their attention to detail suffered at the end.

Reuben did a great job on our floors - they look great, and have held up well so far through moving in and repositioning furniture. Despite our closing being postponed a week and a half, he got right in and got our floors done quickly so that they had time to dry fully before we moved in.

Mistakes happen - that's ok. Two days after moving into our house, about 10 days after the floors were done, the finish started flaking off the floors. I called Ron and Rueben and they said that there was a big problem and they would have to be redone and they would do them. It was mid November, we just moved in, and we certainly oy could not move out again right then. So they said to call them when we could have them done. Surprise surprise! Now they aren't coming to fix them! $5000 on floors that looked good for one day

Highly recommend this company. Easy to work with, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in his explanation of what we could do to repair the wood ourselves, because it was a small area. He could have easily turned away the work, but instead, he took the time and offered a very detailed explanation of the repair process, tools and products needed. Very appreciative of the information. Will definitely call them when we need the rest of the floors need to be screened.

The day the Dustless Flooring team arrived we had lost all heat in the house and it was 10 degrees outside. They took it in stride, and even tried to help us figure out the heating problem, talked with the heating repairmen who arrived after I had to leave for work, had to delay their work for three hours, and still finished the job within the scheduled time frame. The floors are absolutely stunning. And the process was indeed dustless. No dust in the house. I would highly recommend this company. Easy to work with, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for us.

They came in on time. They were great, they worked above and beyond. I didn't see anyone of the work till it was done but they did a great work.

I sent a message on 01/10/15 to request an appointment and received no reply as of the evening of 01/13/15.

Reuben and Tom did a fantastic job, and I am so pleased. Prior to the start of the project Reuben came out to do measurements and answer all my questions. He took the time to explain everything and it was clear he is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He arrived on the scheduled date ready to begin working and finished in 3 days. There was a fine layer of dust on things only in the downstairs area where the work was done, which is to be expected. Reuben removed a threshold piece of wood that separated our foyer and formally carpeted front living room. He used his talents to interweave the old wood pieces in the foyer into the new wood floors. One would assume that the wood floors were always there in the living room as everything matches and flows beautifully. Ugly metal floor heat vents were replaced with sharp looking oak ones to match the floor. I'm extremely pleased with how well the project went and how my floors look. I would highly recommend Reuben to a friend.

Being so close to the holidays, I didn't think it was possible to find a reputable hardwood flooring company that could get to my hardwoods before the holidays. I have a hard time trusting people to come into my house and doing any type of work but I was refered by a Nurse up at crouse hospitals NICU. They said Reuben was very polite, professional and greatly priced. I gave him a call and received a phone call back within the hour and within the next week I was able to have my floors done. He was very knowledgeable and answered every single question I had (which was a ton!) and resassured me that I was going to love it! Well he was right I do! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you again Dustless hardwood flooring! I will be calling you again soon to get my upstairs done!

They were punctual and easy to work with. Any questions I had were answered, and he even gave me some advise on cleaning and maintaining my other hardwood floors. Also, it really is virtually dustless. I just went over the counter tops and appliances with a damp cloth to be sure they were clean. The service was great. The provider set an appointment for us three weeks back, He showed up on time. While we were walking through the home looking at my floors the provider boosted my confidence by saying he could fix all my issues with the old floor. He came through on all those assurances. The floors look great. Other people couldn'tpromise me dustless service. This company told me there may be a little but typically less than normal refinishing. There was NO DUST!!!

On 8/16/14, we sent a request to this provider for an appointment (through Angie's List). It has been 6 days and we haven't heard from them.

I emailed this entity through Angie's List and they never bothered to respond.

His quote was around $ 1200. He was not very punctual. He did not come when he was supposed to, I had to call him back. I did not like the fact that he made an appointment and did not keep it. He was quite knowledgeable. We probably not use him, since we have received a better quote.

They had excellent service. Their price was pretty reasonable.

An amazing job. They did exactly what they said they would do with no extra fees. It was absolutely dustless!

Dustless advertises itself as "dustless" and I was skeptical. They were the lowest bid with a good rating so I chose them to do our job. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. The newly blended floor is beautiful and looks as if it has always been there; and it truly was "dustless". They were on time and neat and I will use them again. I recommend them highly.

Wanted to get my floors done when we were away on vacation.Left the code for garage door opener, Ruben did a great job and we didn't have to deal with the smell.The stairs were pine and sucked up more poly then the hardwoods, I called when I got home, he came back and put another coat on no problem. also my kids had already scratched the dinning room floor so he taped off the scratch and refinished the spot, looks great!

. This is why I joined Angies List? We have a whole house of floors to refinish or install. This sounded like the service we wanted. A few weeks ago I called and left a voicemail. A few days later my wife called and left a voicemail. Down the road I went to their website and requested a call. Still no response.

The work was done to my expectations. All questions were answered up front to my satisfaction. They definitely know their business.

It ended up being more work than I thought, some of the floor ended up needing replacing. It ended up costing more. They were very professional and mostly what I liked about it was that Ruben cared more about doing it right and he gave some good advice. There were some things that we did not want to bother doing and he went ahead and did it anyway at no extra cost, he wanted it to turn out good. He was good. I would use him again. He was one of the cheaper ones.
