I dropped my computer off and 2 called days later. Paul said that there was nothing wrong with it. I explained to him again what our problems were and how it would not let us change any settings ( ex: the kids are now 22 and 17 but still have time restrictions). I explained how it wants a password we don't have and it wants to send it to emails we don't have. He said that was easy. I explained we already tried with best buy over the phone and it didn't work that's why we brought it in. He said we didn't need that email. OK, that's just I explained that's the way the computer made you set it up. He told me that it was not true. I stated yes it was that I couldn't access the computer otherwise. He stated no and the computer was fine. He kept telling me how wrong I was, even when I would try to move on. I asked to speak to a manager. He also stated no to that. I said I have a right to speak to a manager. Paul said there wasn't one. Then he state there was an owner but I couldn't speak to him. He then said something about if wishes were something...I didn't hear the rest and he hung up on me.

The computer was brought in for a non operating screen. It was determined to be a damaged video card. The cost of repair was determined to be greater than the value of the computer. Dart indicated they could get a replacement one at a reasonable cost. I researched other outlets online and determined their price was competitive. They moved all data and programs from the old computer to the new one. Only negative is they did not meet the timeline for delivering the new computer as promised.

They did the service in a quick manner and the computer is working fine.

Needed to be sure my passwords and personal info were removed from my laptop. Have used Dart for many business related computer issues. This service was performed at no charge because I am a frequent customer.

Overall experience was good. I was told it would be done the next day, and I would get a phone call when it was ready. I gave them three days and called them, it was all set and waiting to be picked up.

Internet not working. Big problem for as as we use it for business. Luke from Dart came within an hour of our phone call. Stayed until he resolved the problem. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.
