+ -1 moreI called about the service and it was explained that the urine would be removed but there could be a change in the color of the carpets. The woman working when I picked up my carpets was very friendly & helpful.
Description of Work: 4 small area rugs cleaned. A dog had urinated on them. 3 of the rugs were wool.

+ 0 moreWe have an original silk, hand woven, Persian rug. Our cats have a tendency to seek out the carpet and as their personal throw up rug. We have used their company for over 3 years, approximately every 3-6 months. They have always been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The rug always looks like new when they are done. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreHorrible-I requested work be done by a specified date-assured me it would be easily ready in time for an event at my home. I had to call after the date promised which was just 3 days prior to event. I was shocked when I was told the carpet was not ready--was in process so I could not pick up. Promised to complete work in a week or so. 3 weeks later I call and am being told for the FIRST time that there is a problem. Carpet dye ran and has to be fixed. Promised in a week. 3 weeks later I get call that it is ready and that there will be no charge. Blamed dye running on carpet quality- I bought it from Stickley. There was a small area of moth damage. I also let them know that 'possibly' our elderly dog had an accident on it but they did not detect any evidence of that. The carpet was cleaned once before by another carpet company in the area who specializes in oriental rugs-no problems. Located that receipt along with Stickley receipt after the fact.I suspect they used a very harsh chemical without testing an area first to see if dye would run. Carpet is now a different color and basically ruined. I will never use this company again-they did not charge me however this was an expensive lesson.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 46 sq ft machine made oriental w/ fringe. In addition to the cleaning, they trimmed the "cat pulls" which resulted in a "like-new" rug. I also had 52 sq ft of bound carpet runners cleaned with minor restitching (about 2 inches in length) of binding on a couple of the runners. I received a 20% discount because I dropped off and picked up my rugs at their shop. Worked was completed a day before my requested pick-up and the pricing was as quoted. I'm completely satisfied with the services provided and will use them again in the future.
