Country Gentlemen Kitchen & Bath Remodeling did a fantastic job. They did a full bathroom remodel & we are so pleased with the work. The owners are so easy to work with and are accommodating to your every need. Their workers, Colby & Michael were very professional, hard workers & very neat. I hired Country Gentlemen to do a total re-model of my bathroom. Bill 's company had been recommended by two of my friends. I was not disappointed. My new bathroom is awesome. The workmanship and attention to detail was superb. The two technicians were a pleasure to work with. As they went along, if there were any questions, I was consulted and recommendations were made. I would recommend Country Gentlemen to anyone who is looking for outstanding workmanship and friendly people to work with. I could not be happier.

My husband and I agree this company deserves TOP ratings! Bill, the owner, had everything well organized and in hand. His workers, Colby and Eric were knowledgeable, hardworking, and kind. When we had a minor snafu at the beginning of the project, Bill made good (actually better than good) on the mistake the same day. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew arrived promptly at 8 AM and left at 4 PM. I highly recommend this company, and only wish we had more bathrooms and kitchens needing remodeling!

Everything went very well. Bill (owner) was patient and professional throughout the process, and I think he was there the whole time during the work. He took us to the tile store and the granite store and gave gentle advice that was very helpful. The only bad thing was we got our estimate in the summer but he couldn't start until December, but he told us this right up front.

Bill and his ream were great. During the initial design phase, Bill offered suggestions and explanations to cost differences, Our bathroom project was a full gut job and required handicapped adaptations. He was willing to accompany us to the showrooms to make our choices. He works with some of the best companies in the area. Once work began, he and his crew were on time, neat and respected our needs. I was given a guided tour at least once a day as to the progress of the project. Ideas for minor changes were given. They were done before the time estimate, even though they added some extras as the project progressed. The bathroom looks fantastic. We would recommend them to others and use them again. But with the quality of the workmanship, the bathroom will last decades

I was more than pleased with the outcome of our master bathroom. It went from a 1960s dungeon to a beautiful bright bathroom. The owner was extremely personable and was on the job site every day to go over what the plan for the day was. The workers, Eric and Colby, were great! They worked extremely hard each day and made sure I was ok with all the progress made. They cleaned up theirs mess every day and even vacuumed my stairs every day!! I would hire Country Gentlemen again in a heartbeat.

Owner Bill and his team did an excellent job remodeling our master bathroom this fall. When we were shopping around for contractors, he answered all of our questions with patience and thoroughness. Unlike many contractors who practically live out of their truck and can be hard to track down, Bill holds reliable "office hours" in his showroom on a set schedule, even during the peak of construction season. We were able to stop by and all of the different options (vanities, floor designs, tubs, etc.) for real, rather than just picking from a catalog or a website and hoping for the best. When the crew tore out our old walls, they found our old wall had a leak which caused rotting to the subfloor and an adjacent wall. (I had a feeling; this was not a huge shock.) Bill gave me a chance to come home for a quick look to see the problem for myself, so I would know the problem was in fact real, not trying to pull a fast one on us. The extra repairs actually turned out to be less expensive than I had feared, so that was a relief. Not only was Bill and his team able to get to our home a few weeks earlier than originally scheduled, the work was finished on time (even with the aforementioned problem) and we've been thrilled with how it all turned out. We plan to hire Bill and his team to come back and redo our kitchen and maybe another bathroom in a few years (we prefer to save-up rather than to borrow and pay back). He might not be the cheapest remodeler in town, but you get what you pay for. Bill does a good job, without cutting corners. We feel the work was worth every penny. While others come and go, there's a reason Bill has been in business for decades!

Responded on the scene within 4 hours after I called. Took care of the problem in 15 minutes.

OWNER TALKS A GOOD STORY. HE ACTUALLY DOESN'T LIFT A FINGER ON JOB SITE, LIVES ON HIS CELL PHONE .CRAFTMENSHIP IS NOT UP TO PAR, IE: TRIM PIECES WERE CUT WITH A DULL BLADES, OFFERS NO CHOICES FOR TRIM MATERIALS , ALWAYS VENDOR DOESN'T OFFER-NOT TRUE. FINALLY HAD TO SUE TO GET SOME SATISFACTION. HE COULDN'T BELIEVE WE DID AND COURT AGREED WITH US. ADVISE TO ANYONE TAKE PICTURES DURING INSTALLATION, GREAT HELP IN END.LOOKING BACK I THINK MY WIFE AND I COULD OF DONE A BETTER JOB.

I did not end up choosing him, but he gave me quotes based on different options we discussed. He was very courteous and professional. My aunt had work Country Gentleman redo her bathroom and she was very happy with the finished product and their work ethic.

The owner is very easy to work with. He was here on the job working as well as assisting his people. They all were very nice and competent. I’m quite pleased with them.
