+ -1 moreFIrst, let me state that this review is for Concrete Raising of Central New York of Scotia NY that services the local Syracuse area, not the Syracuse operation. They raised the slab, but apparently went a bit more than they should have, as I now have a corner of the slab that broke off is no longer level with the rest of it. There are also new cracks. When confronted, I was told that this was "the nature of the beast". Also, since the plugs are now above the level of the slab, I had to grind them down to make them flush with the rest of the slab.
Description of Work: My concrete porch had settled toward the house so water would run toward the foundation. They drilled holes in the porch, then pumped concrete underneath so as to raise the slab to level.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. We are very pleased with the results. The workers were respectful of our property. They responded quickly to all of the minor glitches that normally accompany any project. The garage floor is beautiful and will enhance the resale value of the property.
Description of Work: Raised a concrete slab that formed part of the swimming pool deck. Repaired 5 cracks in the pool deck. Installed an "EliteCrete" garage floor coating system in our 24 X 24 foot garage.
