Comfort Windows

They are so nice! The experience was great. They cleaned everything up after themselves. They also wear slippers to protect your floor. They also found lead on one window, but they knew what they were doing & had a specific procedure to go through. They surrounded plastic so the dust didn't escape. They will put tarps down on all your belongings to protect them. Very impressive.

I purchased a 20 year old home with "original" windows. I cant believe the difference it makes with a quality window! My furnace barely kicks on, the floors are warmer, absolutely no draft even on the coldest days. Installation was professional and clean, you wouldn't even know I had a window replaced! Absolutely no damage to the walls, even was able to re-use my old trim. Can't say enough good things about Comfort!

I like the quality of the windows. I dislike that we had to have them back 3 times to fix things.

After contacting comfort to try and get a sales rep to come to my home and give me a quote on replacing all windows in my sunroom I I found that they for some reason were either very disinterested in getting back to me,extremely unorganized, or just to busy!I am not sure which one applies, but after trying three times to get someone to contact me,I was at that point not interested in having them come to my house anymore, much less to a job. If this was any indicator of how the job was going to go, then I was sure I wanted somebody more reliable coming to do it. To bad , because I had heard good things about comfort and the ratings seemed to lead in that direction, but my experience was not what I was looking for and ended up going with Pace windows and doors.

I was very impressed with Comfort Windows. From the salesman to the installers, I have only good things to say about this company. The salesman was honest and bent over backwards to get me a good price, even if it cut into his commission. He had the unfortunate task of battling other quotes with a tough third party financier. he did a tremendous job and gave me a great deal. The installation was just a perfect dream. They were so quick, efficient, and CLEAN! I mean really clean. I couldn't even tell they came. I can't say enough good things about these installers. So professional and courteous. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone needing to replace windows. As far as the product...I have had the windows for almost a year, and they are really good. The house is so quiet now. They are a great window product. The windows open so easily and work smoothly, and they are simply beautiful windows. Go with Comfort...you won't be disappointed. :)

They did a fantastic job. They came out and did all the work at the price in which I was quoted.

Their service was really excellent. The salesman explained how they do the work and everything to us. They guarantee their work and if there is any problem, they will come back and fix it within a week. However, they were very expensive.

Comfort Windows enclosed my porch with windows and a sliding door. It went very well, we loved the job that they did, everything was perfect. I can't say that if there is anything I didn't like. Everyone says, why do you use Comfort Windows, they are too expensive, but it ended up that I got a great deal because when they came out to get me the quote, there was a fair going on and because a state fair was going on at that time, I was able to get a 40% discount on everything, so turned out to be less expensive than anybody else that I had. My doors and my windows that I have ordered were not a stock item, they were a custom order like I custom make them, the only negative thing it took them long to be made because 3 months I had to wait for them, took a long time. Once we got the windows, they came and they took like 3-1/2 days, everything put in, and they did a really good job. I cannot say that there is anything that I don't like about it. One guy was real good and the other guy was okay. Yes, I would use them in the future.

I contacted comfort windows for an estimate on siding our house. The appointment was made for later that week. When the gentleman came he had no samples of any of their products for us to look at. He gave us a "ball Park " of 25,000 to 28,000 to do the job. He told us he would go back to the office and draw up an estimate on paper and be back in a few days to present it to us.It has been three weeks and we have heard nothing. We have since hired a nother contracter.

The quality is good, the responsiveness, the price is also good. They are very professional.

The crew showed up in rain, snow and a BLIZZARD. They were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was performed to spec but the guys went above and beyond in the execution of the work. Would DEFINITELY recommend Comfort to anyone.

They did great. They were on time. There no hidden fees. They cleaned up after themselves. I can’t say enough nice this about them.

Someone from Comfort Windows came in and gave me an estimate on replacement windows. The guy spent at least an hour and a half with me answering all of my questions and explaining everything. I really liked the salesman and I have heard nothing but good things about Comfort Windows. The only reason that the work has not been done yet is because we are saving money to do it but once we have saved the money we will be going with Comfort. They are punctual and completely trustworthy. I like that they have their own customer service so if anything does go wrong you deal with Comfort directly and not some outside company.

We went with triple pane comfort windows. They're very quiet & well made. The installers are polite, on time & professional.

It was completed on schedule, with minimum interference. You could set your clock by their arrival and departure times. The workers were professional and friendly. We will use Comfort Windows again without reservation.

We live on basically a fixed income and this was way out of our range for a simple tub replacement. They were polite and I received my whole deposit back within a couple weeks after saying no to the service. I was disappointed that it would have been so expensive as all we wanted replaced was the tub!

These guys are the BEST!!! From the sales crew, to the office staff and especially the highly trained, experienced and professional installers. They came exactly when they said they would, removed the old windows to the studs and replaced each with a great quality triple glazed window. Each of the 4 crew members was experienced and they went to work with the utmost efficiency. Each knew what the other was doing without speaking, and they went about their tasks with enthusiasm. In addition, they were very personable and happily answered all of my questions. What a nice bunch of guys! The windows and doors were installed perfectly and the interior and exterior trim was flawless. They used high quality pine molding and also installed new sills. Each piece was perfectly mitered and installed with care- FLAWLESS. The windows themselves are just great! They also cleaned up every scrap and speck of dust in the house and the yard as well and left them cleaner than it was when they arrived each day. A true group of professionals and extremely hard working bunch!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a great deal and a wonderful door. It locks with a key and the screens are attached and the insulated windows, lift easy and sound proof more then I thought. Living near a busy street the insulated door provides a quiet indoors. I can leave door open to enjoy the light and feel safe with a locking device on the handle. They are a bit more in the cost department, but they guarantee their work.

They were great! There were no problem or pressure. They came out three or four weeks ago, and I had the bid a couple of days.
