i called Mike on a Saturday and we met at the property that evening. He looked at the job and gave me a time frame along with a very reasonable price. He finished on time and did an excellent job. i would definitely recommend Mike for any kind of drywall work you need. He knows his business and is very fair with his rates.

Mike responded the day I called him. He was at our home the same day. He gave us a verbal estimate. We hired him because of the reviews and his references. We had to rip some old drywall down for electrical work that he repaired. There was also some work in our garage that was installed installed last Spring that was unfinished. It took him a day to complete work. Great job. We are now ready for paint!

Mike was extremely prompt in responding to my initial and subsequent calls, providing a written estimate, and finishing the work. He was responsive to my suggestions/ideas on the final look of the work. In the final analysis, he did a great job. He finished by let us know that if there were any problems with the work, to just give him a call and he would fix it.

I will definitely use Mike in the future.

Mike is a joy to work with. He is punctual, trustworthy and goes beyond the job at hand. He provides other options and completes all of the work and leaves our home without any mess. We still are pleased to have other jobs for Mike to handle and look forward to a long relationship.

Excellent from first phone call to clean up. Mike is knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to get along with. The repair was first-rate: difficult to spot where the new drywall was installed. The sand painting to finish blends in perfectly. First class!

APPROX 6/20/2014 LEFT A MESSAGE VIA THE WEB SITE ABOUT A SMALL JOB. HE CALLED BACK SHORTLY AND THEN CAME RIGHT OVER THAT DAY TO SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED. gave an est of 350.00. I said I wasn't in a hurry and fit us in when he had time.( it not like the job was an emergency). the 3rd week of August I texted him because I hadn't heard anything . NO RESPONSE. A few days later I contacted him via Angie's list web site. NO RESPONSE again.I take that he just gives lip service for the small jobs when he should of just said it and also put it in his advertisement that he doesn't want to waste his time on the small stuff. todays date is August 30 and still no response

I called two other contractors two times each and neither one responded to voicemail messages. I called Mike and he answered right away. I explained that we were in the process of a bathroom remodel, and I was looking for someone to mud and sand the drywall because my drywall finishing skills are terrible. He wanted to take a look before providing a quote, and was at my house within an hour to look at the job. He gave us a quote and said he could have it done the next day. Sure enough, he was at our house early the next morning ready to get started. He finished the job early in the afternoon and it looks beautiful. I'm so glad the first two guys I called never got back to me because I am so happy with the way everything worked out with Mike. Mike's is a true professional and his work is outstanding. Way better and way faster than I could have done myself. Worth every penny. Mike will be the only person I call if I ever have to do drywall again.

MIke is awesome. He responded to my message on angieslist within about 2 hours. He came over the next day to cost out the job. We set up a time for him to come back the following week. Mike had to put blocking in the ceiling to secure the drywall as it was hung wrong. He then mudded that area and all the areas bathroom around that had cracked due to moisture. He installed a new ceiling fan for me and then painted the ceiling. In the bedroom closet some drywall had started to breakdown so he cut about 3 feet of drywall on two walls, made sure there was insulation, put new drywall in then patched it up. Mike cleaned the areas up and took debris with him. He was very personable, helpful and found out he and his wife do alot of volunteer work in the community. Mike did in 6 hours what another contractor on angies list said was going to be 15 hours and about 600.00 more! I highly recommend Mike.. be patient if he doesn't get right back to you, he said he's been slammed with work lately. : )

Mike did a great job, was very responsive and understood what I needed to have done. He also came in and did a small side moulding job which was not part of the drywall but he wanted to do it anyways! I already have at least one more project I'd like him to do for me. 'Mr.Drywall' is much more than drywall!

I called Mike G c for a quote. Mike came over within a hour to review and quote. mike started the job when the electrician finished. Mike was on time and very good at what he does, he is very organized and cleans any mess he may have made. I enjoyed talking to Mike, he is pretty much a straight shooter.

Mike was very punctual even when he came to look at the job, he showed up once or twice a day to work on the project which normally took 2-3 hours at a time depending on what he had to do. Cleaned up the mess daily, very happy with the outcome! He suggested that we do our first coat of primer then if we see any defects to call Mike and he would be back to take care of them, Job well done.

He was very helpful giving suggestions, as well as listening to what we were looking for. Once the job is started-he continues until it is done.

Mike is very responsive, professional and provides great results at a great price! You can tell he takes pride in his work and he can do just about anything!

Mr. Drywall (Mike G.), Came to my home to to finish new work in 2 rooms also did plaster crack repair in 3 rooms, stairwell, upstairs and downstairs hallways. My home is a late 1800's colonial and Mike knew the correct way to approach a historical home. First I had hired a contractor I found on craigslist to hang 2 ceelings and do walls in one room. That guy was a disaster! I Threw him off the job. I found Mr. Drywall, Mike G. and he came in assesed the problems gave a very reasonable price so I went for it. Mike was fantastic! a true artist. He was prompt, courtious and very professional. His work came out great. He cleaned up a real botched job by the last contractor beautifully. I have no reservations recommending Mr. Drywall for all your drywall needs and any other work you may need.

I am a single female with no knowledge of construction that purchased my first home that was a1950’s colonial. Little did I know what I was getting myself into once I surveyed all the work that needed to be done. I found Mike’s ad on Craigslist and he came over and gave me a VERY reasonable quote for all that had to be done. I was impressed with how personable he was and how he explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I UNDERSTOOD! I was also impressed that he did not want ANY money upfront except for the materials. We went over all that he did for me 3x to make sure I was 100% happy before he accepted any payment. I plan to use him again on ALL my future contracting projects. :)
