CNY Drywall

Mike was excellent from start to finish. He gave us a competitive price and did an excellent job. We are so happy with his work.We had an unfinished 3 car garage with tape peeling off walls. Mike completed drywall job and now everything is ready to be painted. He also paints, so we will be having him do this also.

After numerous failed attempts at contacting various drywall vendors(calling for estimates and people not showing up, not returning calls, etc), I specifically joined Angie's List just for this repair. I was able to get 2 quotes for the same job and Mike was significantly cheaper than other quote and seemed to really know his stuff so I went with him. I'm very pleased with the results, ceiling is repaired better than new and he also painted the stairwell that was damaged during the leak. Mike was on time and responsive to my requests and cleaned up after finishing the job. Work was efficient and completed all in one day. Since this was a smaller job, he was able to fit me in to his schedule within a week of contacting him. I would definitely recommend him for anyone else needing drywall repair.

Mike did an excellent job as usual. He came in and put up new drywall ceiling in my family room. He was in and out in a day and a half. I texted him with the measurements, he brought all the material, put it up, taped, finished and was done. It looks great.

Mike came in and took care of our sheetrock and drywall repair and then primed and painted everything. I have worked with Mike in the past and he and his team do great finish work. I like to do a lot of my own projects at my house but lack the patience and finishing skills necessary to make drywall work look good in the end and Mike comes in every time and make it look professional done.

Excellent job. Showed up on time every morning and is very prompt with letting you know what's going on in regards to scheduling and the work performed. The quality of his work is top notch. Being trained in architecture I have an eye for the most minute details but found that he was very thorough and didn't cut corners. Price was excellent. You won't find anything better. I would recommend him to everyone who needs drywall finishing done.

Mike's work is very professional and precise. One would never know that there were gaping holes in our ceiling and wall! The work is just beautiful. Mike was very, very neat in terms of draping surfaces and cleanup of debris. All was in perfect order when he left. He was punctual, and his estimate about the length of time the job would take was accurate. Fair price, too. Working with Mike was a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Mike did a great job. He was punctual. He was quick! He was great to work with! He was really nice and came back to do a second coat on our Dining room, this was above and beyond what we asked him to do! He is very talented, the drywall he fixed looks perfect. He did everything we asked him to do and more. He wants to get the job done right! I would recommend him.

Mike was again very responsive. We had a leak in our ceiling that need to be torn out and repaired. He taped off the area with poly before he tore out ceiling as we were not sure how much insulation would fall down. It was finished in a few hours. You would never know there was a repair. We had our regular painter lined up to do the ceiling, however Mike was afraid that just painting over the older sand paint it would not blend in well. He then offered to sand paint the entire ceiling which extended from dining room, living room and hallway at top of stairs. He came back 2 days after the dry wall repair and finished the job. It was not easy as he had to reach a very high area at the top of our stairs. Thanks Mike!

Mike was very nice the whole time he worked on the house. The estimate he gave us seemed reasonable for the repairs he made on drywall that had been damaged from the winter. He finished in about 4 hours doing patchwork on 3 different holes in the house. He even painted over some water spot damage we had which I honestly didn't think he would do after he gave the estimate. Would definitely contract him again he was very professional and did a fantastic job to each room.

Mike was friendly and efficient and very easy to work with. He cleaned up daily. And most importantly, the work is just superb. Our neighbors have already booked him for a ceiling repair.

very well . first came to evaluate the job. set a date. (within a few days) on that date was a few minutes early. reviewed with me all he was to do. worked steadily . moved the furniture as needed away from area (very gently) patched each wall area in a timely manner. dried each section thoroughly. vacuumed the areas. cleaned as needed. he was very polite. answered all my questions.

Mike is one of the best contractors I've worked with. He does great work and stands behind his craftsmanship. I had dry walled a family room in my basement but was hesitant to tackle the taping part of the project. He came within hours of my call and I had the project done a few days later. His prices are reasonable and I'll be sure to use him for the other drywall projects in the house.

It went well. Mike is a pleasant, outgoing, man who is eager to please. He found issues with our walls that we hadn't even noticed. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the walls and repair them. He provided good value for the $99 we paid and as I mentioned, completed more work than we had anticipated, He was here about 3 -4 hours. He said he also provides other services beyond drywall including painting. We plan to use his services in the future. There was a small mixup with a delay in contacting us after we paid for the services but was extremely responsive after a second call so I gave him his only B grade on it. After we did make contact, he was very punctual and responsive. The only small suggestion I have is that he takes his boots off or wear some type of protection over them in the house. It was muddy outside and some dirt was tracked in. However he cleaned up after himself bringing a dry vac and cleaning up everything totally before he left. All in all, he provides an excellent service at a value price in a pleasant manner. Thank you Mike, we hope to call you to do some painting for us.
