+ 1 moreTim did a complete remodel of our main bathroom. He was extremely professional & courteous through out the while processes. He showed up on time and the work was great. For the materials we provided (cabinets, countertops, tiles, etc.), he gave us some suggestions on where to shop and who to talk to. He also helped us pick the right items and make sure we were getting good deals! He went the extra mile to make sure the whole process was as pain free as possible! And had the entire job done ahead of schedule! I highly recommend him and frequently give people his info when they need work done.

After gutting both rooms, Tim put in new flooring, countertops, cabinets, redirected plumbing to move the sink and dishwasher. Installed all of my appliances, painted, hung new molding etc. I could not be happier with his work.

+ 3 moreI am a realtor in NYS and I had Chosen Home Builders remodel a couple houses that I was selling. They all sold within days of listing because the remodel was done so well. They did a complete remodel down to furnace and utilities plus all the necessary things to make a house look beautiful. Not to mention they show up, do the job and are right on schedule with completion. They communicate with you and keep you updated on any unforeseen material issues. I have not been let down and when I am ready to do work on my own personal home, I will be calling Tim at Chosen Home Builders.
