We’re great guys and installed fast

We had vinyl siding installed on our home about 4 years ago by CMichael exteriors and had a couple minor issues creep up over the years and I must say that CMichael has been wonderful to work with, even after 4 years. Recently we had a couple of pieces of siding needing to be replaced and Bob T the service manager came out, took a look and immediately ordered the materials to do the repairs. We have worked with Bob in the past and found his personality and workmanship to be top notch! We would definitely recommend CMichael to anyone needing home repairs and they absolutely stand behind the work that they do even after 4 years!

The crew they had come in were efficient,polite and explained things in terms people can understand. Showed us what they were going to do and got right to it. They made us feel like they would do all these things for their own families and treated us as if we were family. I would highly recommend them. Our house hasnâ t looked this good since it was built. We are so happy with all they did for us and our house was cleaner than when they came to work on it. They are very impressive.

C Michael Exteriors replaced our vinyl siding in July. Overall the quality of work and the value received was excellent. Chansey, Mason and crew were professional and courteous. They worked with us to make adjustments and checked often to make sure we were getting what we expected. They transformed our beat up looking house to a fresh new home. They were attentive and worked efficiently, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The only problem we had, and the reason I cant give 5 stars, is responsiveness after the work was done. We noticed a few small problems that they returned and quickly corrected. However, it took two weeks of texts and phone calls to get them back. In defense of Chansey and crew they were busy, working at least two jobs at the same time. Satisfied with the work. Just a little disappointed in getting service afterwards to ‘finish‘ the job.

Thank you and your window crew for all the work they did. I loved it and I hope we can soon complete the whole house. The house was built in 1930 and you took out the original windows. One picture shows the pulley system. I just started to update the house so I hope we can get all the work done together, like painting the house and the bathrooms. Thanks again

My siding was installed perfectly and timely.

After painting and re-painting our cedar shake siding, we decided it would soon be time to have vinyl siding installed. I had previously been contacted by C. Michael Exteriors and told them we'd be interested in siding in a year or two. I was impressed that they remembered and checked in with us about every 6 months. So, this year, when we were finally ready to go, we knew who we were going to call, and we're sooo thankful we did!!! C. Michael Exteriors isn't just a great company to work with. No, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and that's honestly no exaggeration. Chancey and Mason (the foremen) kept us well informed of the schedule, always on time and got right to work. The crew themselves were friendly and amazing. I mean, WOW, what a team! They worked sooo well together, each having their specific job, making sure each piece of siding was meticulously placed. The office people checked in with us regularly, including Gus (one of the owners) who stopped in to review the work. After working with them all, we could see what a well-oiled business model they had. We've had so many compliments on our "new look". We went from drab to modern, bright, and cheerful. Everyone is astounded at what a HUGE difference the siding has made. Don't bother calling around. Just start with the BEST! You just won't get the TOP QUALITY care and precision work from anyone else, that C. Michaels provided us with. We can't say enough about this well-qualified, skilled, professional company. Thank you to everyone at C. Michael Exteriors for giving us a beautiful home we're proud to show off.

We meet with the salesman and discussed everything we wanted done. Next with the installer, so we were told, and again had to explain everything that we wanted done. Install date was scheduled. I had to call a few days ahead to find out what time the installer would be arriving. The installer arrived one hour late, he did not realize the distance! The project was to remove three large windows, resize/frame the openings and install three new windows. We were assured it would be completed in one day. He had to return the next day because one person could not complete it in one day! We were under the impression that the person that came beforehand to measure and review the project would be the POC and installer, with a crew. Nope. The installer that did the project did a very god job and we are pleased with it. The cost is a little high however, they were able to meet our wants.

We had a great experience with C. Michael Exteriors replacing the entire house siding and living room bow window for our home in 2023. The deep blue siding with white trim and seamless gutters has caught the eyes of our neighborhood! Adamâ s lead and his crew, Joe, Tony, and Brad performed very well as a team from removals to restoring worn areas to installation. Adam is very responsive to ensure the value we expected. The sales and installation employees are very professional and worked well with our scheduling. We are grateful for a quality project well done by the C. Michael company and highly recommend them to others.

We have had our walk-in shower (5 foot by 5 foot with 9 foot ceiling) repaired multiple times and incurred great expense, delays, leaking, mold issues, ventilation issues, water leaking into our basement, etc. It was never done properly and we continued to have issues. It has been a homeownerâ s nightmare. We ended up hiring C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. and everyone from the receptionist, salesman, project manager and installers were professional and pleasant. We must say that from the moment that Daren K., Joey S. and Ron B. arrived at our residence to start the job, they were extremely organized, professional and pleasant. Their manners are unbelievable and they didnâ t stop for a minute. Daren even checked our walls throughout the house and removed any picture frames, etc.. that could possibly be damaged or fall prior to starting. They even declined our offer to take a lunch break their first day. The tear out of the old shower was difficult and messy, however, they had it contained. They had a system down and work extremely well together. They were extremely organized and neat. This was not our previous experience whatsoever. These three superb employees made the least amount of mess for a dirty and difficult job, left their tools in a neat corner at the end of the day and even cleaned the floor each day from the bathroom to front exterior door. We would absolutely use your company in the future as well as refer you to friends or family.

We hired them around Apr 2021 to re-side our house and replace a window. They are more expensive than everyone else, but said it was because their product and service were superior. Our project was slated to be done within three months. We heard nothing after the initial measurements. We made multiple calls asking for a status and told us it was on back order due to supply chains. Then after the third or fourth time, they admitted they never placed the order. They promised to place the order and planned for the install. Similar issues kept happening, and the siding did not get put on until Dec. They still failed to order the windows materials. They gave us a check as collateral in case the window did not get installed. Apr 2022 came and no window. I called for an update and was just hung up on. Cashed the check 5 minutes later. Do not do business with this company. It is a recipe for frustration and disappointment.

The project was done very professionally. The sales associate and the installer were both very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to someone seeking this service.

Very happy with the sales, service and installation

Excellent service, gorgeous windows! I had 18 windows installed in one day and they were in and out. Everyone was super nice, as there was a large crew getting the work done. The entire process of getting new windows was very pleasant from the estimate to the end.

These guys were fantastic. It started with meeting the sales rep all the way to the install team. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite the entire time. The work was done and they cleaned up everything not a mess was leftover. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone looking for a great company. If I ever have to do anything else to my home, the first people I'm gonna call is these guys at C. Michael Exteriors, there isn't a job I would hire anyone else to do except for them. And the financial piece if the puzzle, it couldn't have been any easier. Great job guys, hope to work with you again.

It was wonderful to have C Michael Exteriors replace our windows. The salesman, Bobby, was great to work with, very considerate. Chansey is so good at his job and makes sure everything turns out right. The windows are beautiful and all done in one day with everything cleaned up at the end. I would very highly recommend them!

We have an older home in Fayetteville, NY that was in need of upgrades. Our vinyl siding was old and fading and our windows in great need of replacement. Following our initial meeting with Mike, we were excited to transform our home with new siding and all new windows, including a bay window and sliding glass door. From our first contact with Chansey, we were assured that his level of detail and experience would have a positive result. He answered all our questions, offered experienced input in decision making and was responsive to any feedback we shared as the job progressed. The crew were professional, and worked at an amazing pace through the completion of the job. Communication was great regarding scheduling, as we were working around multiple jobs needing completion. There were no concerns that the end goal of a great job was shared by all. We would absolutely recommend C Michael Exteriors to others. Their work has absolutely transformed our house. We appreciate all they did to make this happen.

Very impressed with the windows and the service. The installation crew was amazing. My highest recommendation. I love my new windows! So do my cats :-)

We had to replace all of our windows and 2 sliding doors. We were unsure of who to trust with such a large and expensive project. C. Michael Exteriors did a wonderful job of explaining their product and process. Installation was amazing to watch. The crew was a well oiled machine. They impressed us and were able to get the project done in one day. The product is a good product and we are very happy with our choice.
