Showed up on time, cleaned up what mess they made, would use them again. The best they were.

The work was completed in a single day and seems to have done the job. There team was polite and stayed focused the entire time. I was a bit disappointed that I did not receive a call a day in advance reminding me they would be coming and verifying what needs to be done to be prepared.

Ron said it would solve my water issues in the basement. And, he was right. I have zero water in the basement now.

Everything was done as promised! The crew showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. They worked all day putting in a drainage system with a sump pump. They scrubbed down the basement walls, not just the damp molded walls but, all four walls of my 1930's house. When done, they cleaned up all debris and left a clean, dry basement. I would hire B Sure for any future issues and I highly recommend them for the great work done!

I recently moved into a house that was in need of basement waterproofing. A portion of the basement would flood after heavy rains and there was water weeping in the corners. Before I did anything major to the basement, I had a brand new sump pump and water driven backup pump installed as a precaution. I'll get back to this point later. After getting several estimates that were all over the place in price, I decided to go with an interior drain system from B-Sure. The owner, Ron, seemed like a nice enough guy and the company had stellar reviews on most sites. The 2 day job went smoothly. The crew was on time and kept things as clean as they could, which is tough when you have to jackhammer the entire perimeter of the basement. Everything looked like it was done professionally and I felt good about the job they did. Then about a couple days after the install, I noticed the water supply line to my brand new backup sump pump was in the off position. I thought it was strange because in order for the pump to work, it needs an active water line. So I turned on the valve and water sprayed all over the place at the inlet on the pump. The people at B-Sure BROKE MY BACKUP SUMP PUMP and just set it back in the pit hoping I wouldn't notice it. Keep in mind, I live in a very wet area and my sump pump is running constantly. If my main pump had failed or if I lost power, my basement would have been destroyed in a matter of hours. I called B-Sure and talked with Ron. He said he talked to his foreman and they had trouble getting it back together and that "sump pumps aren't really our specialty". They knew exactly what I was talking about, it was like they were just hoping they wouldn't get caught. They never apologized, but instead told me to have a professional come look at it. Because why would a basement waterproofing company know anything about sump pumps right? So I had to have another company come out to fix it. They determined that the damage to the pump was not repairable the whole unit would have to be replaced. The folks at B-Sure did reimburse me for the pump so,thanks? Not really? Look, I understand stuff happens on a job site. Things get broken, accidents happen, we're all human. But man, if they had just come forward and admitted that they had broken the pump, I might have been a little peeved but would have appreciated the honesty, Instead, they decided to be the scumbags that they truly are. They broke that pump, set it back in the pit like freaking ornament, and put my entire basement at risk of a major catastrophe. Since this company is so obviously lacking in integrity, I'm skeptical about the entire project. What other corners did they cut? I guess only time will tell. If you decide to go with these guys, pay attention to the details. They will try to screw you if they can. If this is the best that Syracuse has to offer, just let your basement flood and stock it with trout.

Workers were personable & knowledgeable. So far, satisfied with work but have to give it more time to determine if problem is totally solved.

The guys worked on the coldest day of the year and did a great job. Very courteous, answered every question and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. I would hire B-Sure again in a heartbeat.

The crew was on time and did the work in a very timely fashion. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. We had Dennis and his 2 sons and 2 others and they were all very polite and got the job done. Ron did a great job communicating what needed to be done. Kudos to him and his company.

Not only was Ron and his crew professional, they were skilled, friendly, turntable, punctual, hardworking and they cleaned up so well!

Plumber arrived promptly. He was polite and respectful. Finished very quickly for the quoted price. Excellent!

This company was efficient, responsive and did excellent work. My basement headaches are over thanks to B-Sure Systems.

B-Sure was a little pricey but he did show up same day without an issue. He did quality work and he was very professional.

Ron was very knowledgeable and accessible and gave us a clear idea of what was needed. The workers were in and out in a day, removed mildewed walls, moved shelving that was in the way, and installled drainage and sump pump. We'll need to give it a season to see how effective the work will be, however, it looks clean and professionally done.

The men who did the work did a good job at clean-up. They broke my hose sprayer and , as promised, replaced with a new one by the end of the day

They did good job. Prompt, covered all entry way floors--no mess left. Will have to wait long term to see how it works out, but everything seems fine.
