Description of Work: Bob was very thorough and fixed my snowblower right up.

Description of Work: Bob performed a general tune up on my very large Ariens snowblower, fixed the chute positioner, fixed the control for the chute angle and replaced a broken shear pin in the blade assembly. That shear pin was particularly difficult to extract! He was professional, calm and pleasant throughout. I will definitely be calling him with any problems I have with my snowblower or lawn mower, and will recommend him to anyone who needs these types of repairs in the Syracuse area. Terrific experience!

Description of Work: I had Bob diagnose and fix my John Deer lawn tractor. He found a minor carburator problem -- no parts required. He also installed an inner tube in one of the tires that continually leaked. All is well now!

Description of Work: I called to have my lawn mower tuned up for the season: lubricate, clean air filter, clean carburator, sharpen blade, new spark plug, change oil, etc. I called Bob's because they would come to my house and have good reviews on Angie's List. Punctual, price as quoted on the phone, excellent service. I definitely recommend Bob's and will call them the next time I need service.

Description of Work: I needed my snowblower repaired. I called and set up an appointment with Bob. He was very friendly and helpful. He was on time and very informative. He fixed it, noticed another part that was soon in need of repair and made suggestions as to the options to repair it. He also did some other work on it for me. I spent less than when I have to take it somewhere and it saved me the trip of trying to lift it into may car. He answered my many questions respectfully adn was very helpful would definitely use him again.
