 + -1 moreI called about lawn aerating. The man who answered the phone - whom I assumed was the owner - said he was busy and added something about not working on weekends. This was confusing as I didn't ask him to work on weekends. Anyway I asked him if he was interested in looking at the job for whenever he was available and he replied: "Oh yeah" and took down my details. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Seems like Aloha has enough customers. Perhaps too many. In any case, not calling back does immense damage to a business's reputation. Goodbye Aloha

 + -1 moreI've been very happy with them. I like that they've been very willing to work with me and what I'd like to do around there. They seem to come regularly without me having to stay on top of them. Their prices have been very reasonable. They come and do the work on their own schedule so I can't speak to their punctuality but in terms of their trustworthiness, I have gone back periodically to check on what they are doing, how they are doing and make sure that their doing what they are supposed to be doing. They've always come through and there's never been a situation like they haven't been doing what was agreed to; so I've been pretty happy with their trustworthiness.
Description of Work: I've been using Aloha Lawn Care for quite a while for about 3 years now. My last interaction was probably in October or November last year. They basically take care of the grounds and the lawn shrubs and stuff like that for one of my rental properties.
