Great. Airco systematically traced the problem to the thermostat that the previous repair contractor installed.

very smoothly. Al Hisi called in timely fashion and listened to what I needed. He said he could do it and within a short time it was done. It was the weekend and thus very appreciated.

Al showed up on time and was able to complete the work while we ate dinner. Heater seems to be working great.

Gentleman was very experienced and knowledgeable (though not as familiar with our system it seems). Still, everything seems to work at this point and he was experienced and had a reasonable price. If your home has a simpler heating system, I would highly recommend. If your system is different and/or has as a Nest, I would still recommend - but just ensure you explain your system to him. Also, he was the first one who responded so he got the job immediately.

The contractor was unexpectedly rude: I received two odd one-ring phone calls after which I got an email too asking me to call back. I called and a man answered slurring his speech. He asked me to repeat my name several times (which I calmly did); when I finally tried to explain the issue he immediately interrupted me and proceeded to interrupt me repeatedly and loudly throughout the conversation, going as far as shouting "let me control the conversation!" He also kept saying that he cannot possibly understand what I'm saying because I "talk too fast." I don't, but I made it a point to speak very slowly and he STILL insisted he can't understand because I talk too fast, which led me to believe that he was trying to get some reaction out of me, on purpose (always raising his voce over mine). He never told me which company he was calling from. When I asked he told me they've been in business longer than I've been alive, again, practically shouting (gratuitous comment to a homeowner). Toward the end of the conversation he was raising his voice so much that my husband could hear him shouting through the phone even though he was not on speaker. This was a very problematic conversation and frankly, I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic curtesy.

Haven't had the work completed yet, but I'm already very impressed. Al reached out right away on the phone (only bidder to do so right off the bat), and spent a good amount of time talking to me about the different options for water heaters to best fit our needs. He asked for photos of the the old heater and existing vent pipes, and the space around the heater to ensure the selected heaters would be feasible and his quote included any additional work. I appreciated the thorough and transparent approach, and the multiple quotes for different water heater units so my family could make an informed decision. I also like how the guy I spoke with on the phone to understand our situation is also the guy coming to do the work. Feels like time well spent. I'll be putting in a review later once the work is completed!

The customer service from Al was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained everything that was happening to our furnace.He ordered our parts and and installed them in a timely manner. With the winter season approaching, I highly recommend this company!

Very well. A quality job in every way. Furnace is up and running, house is warm. Airco had previously replaced our water heater, totally satisfied with that job as well.

Great he came on a Saturday which was very convienient. Super helpful and thorough, even checked that my thermostat batteries were good! Rate was reasonable. Great experience overall.

He came over immediately on a Sunday without extra charges for weekend & got water heater working. He was professional & courteous.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned. Real nice guy. Came on a Saturday and cleaned the dryer vent. Did a real nice job. Will definately call him again.

Al has always been courteous; he called us to apologize that he was running later than expected due to another job. He gave us an ETA which was accurate. The boiler unit was very hard to access due to ie our water heater & laundry appliances being located in the same small room. He has always come prepared with needed parts. He works quietly/focused on the task at hand, he takes his time, & explains the repairs in understandable terms. Al is a very talented man; if he does not service something in particular, he is honest/says so & he has provided us with reliable sources who can.

I have used Aircco-Witz for many years for a variety of repairs and installations including furnaces, hot water tanks, ac etc. at my home and rental properties. Their work is top notch. I trust them that no unnecessary work is performed. Their prices are fair and the work is correctly the first time.

Terrible! The guy doesn't listen I told him I already tightened the shut off valve and had to turn all the water off to the house because it wasn't working and I needed a new shut off that would work with a dish washer. He insisted he tightened the old shut off tighter and turned my water back on and when I turned my water to my house back off because my kid said it was flooding my house and I told him rather than checking he turned the water back on and flooded my house causing more damage for a good 5 minutes! Water was everywhere! Then he replaced the shut off with one that is not even comparable with a dishwasher! To top it off he puts his sticker on my water heater without asking my permission, that's my property w**! Now I have to pay more money to fix the water damage and replace the valve with the correct one. Don't hire this schmuck.

He came over within a couple of hours after I called him. I have him servicing for me for at least 10 years now. He's professional and friendly.

It was working great, I've been using them for 20 years. They were professional and on time.

It was good and fast. He's pretty quiet and did a good job.
