Description of Work: While they did clear our drain, the mess and disaster that they left was horrifying! They caused a flooding that ruined our bathroom floor, and the entire room below! All of the sheet rock and insulation needs replacing, everything became covered in mildew (and probably sewage), and homeowner's insurance would not cover it. They pulled a toilet to run a snake, but the toilet was lower than the other drains, and all the water flooded. It will cost us thousands of dollars to fix it.

+ -1 morethe job was finished neatly, grassed in area was left in good shape. the work was done in a rather tight area considering the decking nearby and the limited work space. The site manager did a good job explaining what was to be done and how the site was to be finished. The job was done on time and all my questions were answered.
Description of Work: remove old septic tank and replace it with a new tank.

Description of Work: The basement sewer drain backed up, so I called them Friday morning and they arrived Friday afternoon.Water-Jetted and Snaked sewer pipe, they removed some debris, but where unable to get past the trap at road, due to further obstructions.

+ -1 moreThis is a terrible company. They did not know what they were doing. These people are incompetent, money grubbing idiots. They caused me an awful lot of extra work. I was not impressed with their work at all. I'm surprise they are even in business.
Description of Work: Mrs. Rooter tried to get tree roots off of our sewer line. They removed our basement toilet in order to do this and they left me in a terrible mess. I had to put my toilet back and fix it by myself.
