+ -1 moreWe had some old junk that was left over by previous owners, there was an old door that they took. We also had some bag in the backyard that we couldn't have picked up, so they took that. I think there were some building material, there are just like a lot of debris, yard waste, and stuff like that. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Syracuse Metro came very promptly. They were done real quick, it took them no time at all and there was nothing that they wouldn't take.
Description of Work: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Syracuse Metro did clear the yard and some old furniture.

+ -1 moreWhile speaking to Mathew, he could not accept the fact that it did not matter if my phone was a cell or land line. That was his only focus and he could not get past that so I chose to end my attempt at doing business with this company.

+ -1 moreWe hired them to remove an outdoor hot tub at a house we own in the Rochester area. They showed up when they said they would, and charged exactly what they estimated the cost would be. They finished the job in one afternoon and then called me to let me know they had finished. That's why I gave them all A's.
Description of Work: I used the service in the Rochester area, so I'm not sure it's the same people. Nevertheless, I was quite happy with their work. They showed up when they said, and since I wasn't there, they called me to give me a progress report and, later, to let me know they had finished.

+ -1 moreThe two gentlemen who came were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess. They gave me the cost estimate up front and did not exceed the quoted price. The only glitch was that they were unable to meet the scheduled appointment time but they advised me of that in advance and did call before they arrived with their eta which they did meet.
Description of Work: They picked up and removed assorted junk, including several 8ft sections of wooden fencing and about 240 square feet of flooring from an old deck, old outdoor furniture and patio umbrellas and an old tire. They moved all this from our back yard to their truck on my driveway.

Description of Work: They called 10 minutes before arrival, just as they said they would. They arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window they had given me. They removed 2 sofa beds from the second floor, down a narrow stairway, and out through a back porch. It was a very hot day, with no air conditioning. I gave them the option of returning on a cooler day,a nd they declined. It took then about 2 hours. They were able to take one apart, but had to cut the bed frame off the second one. They broke a saw blade and had to wait for someone to bring them a new blade. But they explained to me what the hold up was about. They were very pleasant young men. I would use this company again.
