T Riccoboni Asphalt Paving

Description of Work: Removed old asphalt from driveway and installed new.

Description of Work: Tim worked closely with Jose Pereira (who did the stone work), doing the asphalt part of the job. The driveway came out beautiful and when we discovered that some of the stone border had been damaged from the roller machine, Tim and Jose came immediately to replace both the damaged stone as well as the asphalt around the stone (at their expense). Beautiful job by both!!

Description of Work: Tim's crew completely replaced our driveway, did a thorough and professional job. Everything was left in clean condition, and the crew was very easy to work with. Tim is a fine gentleman, and we would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: I should have know from the conversation I had with Mr. Riccoboni on the phone that this was not the right contractor to use. I explained in detail the job to him on the phone before he arrived. He seemed hesitant to even come to look because the job was to widen my driveway not just replace what was there. He said he didn't know what he would do with the grass that would be removed. Silly me I though that was something this type of contractor did ever day. I sais fine then perhaps its best if you pass. He said no and made an appointment to come see the job anyway. As you would expect he was less than eager when he arrived and then after wasting my time, not just his own, said he was going to pass. The funny part was his insistence on wanting to tell me why he didn't want the job. Again he pointed out the grass that needed to be removed. I reminded him I told him on the phone what the job entailed and he should have passed then. the moral to the story...if you have any grass that needs to come out as a function of your project I would skip this guy.

Description of Work: Tim Riccoboni and his crew prepared our badly worn and potholed circular driveway and parking area and paved it in blacktop. We watched the care with which all the work was done and we are very happy with the results. Tim was very careful in planning drainage and advising us on the details of the job. He and his men were a pleasure to have on our property. We had agreed that he would do preparation in the beginning of the summer and complete the job in September. It was a big job and laying the blacktop took several days, but the crew worked steadily to finish the paving. Neighbors have complimented us on the appearance of our new driveway. All together this was a totally satisfactory experience.

Description of Work: We had our driveway redone. Had to have it ripped out and repaved. They did a great job, we're on time every day, clean and very professional. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. Their cousin installed Belgian block and also did a great job. So pleased.
