The window glass was molded into the frame and could not be replaced. This vendor does not sell or install new windows, he only repairs them.

I just received the itemized estimate I received from Syosset Glass. I sent it to the window manufacturer for consideration of warranty coverage and am awaiting their reply (although they require a second estimate and I am waiting on another company for that.) thank you for checking!
