They showed up promptly with a large crew. The tree was taken down without damaging the house or fence. Unfortunately, they crushed a rare hosta and broke the branches on my hydrangea. They cleaned up the large debris but left quite a mess behind with sawdust and small pieces everywhere. When I complained, they sent someone to clean up a bit more. But they never apologized or offered any compensation for the destroyed hosta or broken hydrangea. The price supposedly included the senior discount. We probably should have priced around but we were worried that the tree would fall. We had used them before so am quite surprised at the sloppy,attention to detail.
Description of Work: Work was done by Clearview. They took down a tree that was leaning. The contractor building a house next door had destroyed the roots when he cut the grade.

Went very well. They honored the 10% discount and were quick and neat. They cleaned up nicely.
Description of Work: Work was actually done by Clearview - I think they changed their name. Two different crews worked on this. The first crew had multiple people. They cut down and shredded a big tree in about a half hour! Then the next person came with a remote controlled grinder and took out the stump and roots.
