+ -1 moreWe have had no problems with them. We have used them for awhile now and they always responded quickly to our requests and have a great service. The cost of the system was reasonable and so is the monthly charge for the monitoring. We are billed quarterly for it. I would recommend them to other people because they are a great company to do business with.
Description of Work: They monitor the alarm system in our 3000 square foot home.

+ -1 moreTHEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY WHENEVER ANYTHING SETS THE ALARM OFF. THEY REALLY STAY ON TOP OF THE GAME. THEY GET PEOPLE TO MY HOME IN A MATTER OF MINUTES IF THEY ARE NEEDED. I PLAN ON USING INTELLI-TEC FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
Description of Work: THEY MONITOR MY THEFT, FIRE AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS.
