This guy was unreal. Kind, courteous, fastidious, careful, thorough, skilled...just everything you'd want...recommended for sure and he's definitely coming back to do more work here. Price was perfect

The performance of these 2 knuckleheads (George and older guy who spoke no English) was nothing but a disappointment. 1)They arrived late and brought limited amount of tools. No miter saw, no work table or work horses, no shop vacuum, no stepladder, no nail gun/brad nail gun. And above all, no protection for the floor inside the house. Now I have indentations on the entrance hallway floor from dropped tools. 2)Workmanship: screwheads/nails sticking out of wood and PVC paneling/casing and trim. Panels and casing fitted poorly (large gaps). Silicon filled in poorly or excessively. And since they ran out of the white silicon caulking they instead used clear. Silicon caulking cannot be painted over. It costs $5 per tube for the right type of paintable caulking. Did they go and buy some more.No, because that would mean extending the job even longer. 3)I deducted $15 dollars from the contract. Where was Zachery Trakas to do final inspection of the work performed? NO more Helping Hands.

Zack kept excellent communication throughout the project and made sure to get everything done on time and properly! Will be using Helping Hands again.

Helping hands did a great job on the whole project. There is nothing they cant do well. Zack and George were very good communicated and always came when they said they would. Overall very happy.

I used Helping Hands to help me move out of my apartment in Jersey back to Long Island. The guys they sent were very professional and came prepared. They had my apartment packed quickly and efficiently, then unpacked everything into my storage unit for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger! 10/10 would hire them again in a heartbeat!

George and his crew did an amazing job! My yard is not an easy landscape to work with due to it being unlevel and tree roots appearing throughout. They meticulously made difficult cuts around concrete, a shed and a carport making my yard look clean and perfect! I highly recommend this hardworking, professional company for all handyman jobs!

Showed up on time. Went with me to pick up the medicine cabinet that needs to be replaced. Made renovations so the cabinet would fit. Didn't leave until the job was complete. I would use their service again

We used Helping Hands Long Island for handyman services for our duplex. Zack came out and did an estimate (which we found quite reasonable), and got us on their schedule really quickly, especially considering all of the delays due to the recent record breaking rainfall damages in NY. Zack and the team are super professional, responsive and helpful at all times. We are so happy with the quality of the job. Highly recommended! Thank you Helping Hands Long Island!
