Description of Work: The owner Cliff was very meticulous and took pride in his work. I liked him and knew we would get along which is important to me. He made good suggestions and even did extras like cleaning my light fixture and put in a new light bulb so I would not have to change it soon (it's very high) and hard to get at. He put a strip of wood along the top of my counter above the sink so I did not need to caulk. It looks very nice. He also cut a piece of wood to hold up my window which broke when I closed it as he was leaving. This was something he did not have to do. He cleaned the bathroom vents before putting them back. Overall I am very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: This is not the first time that I've used Classic Painting and Home Improvement. As a result of an air conditioning leak in my attic I found part of my ceiling in the room below on the floor. Cliff, from Classic Painting and Home Improvement, did an exceptional job in replacing the portion of the ceiling that was missing. This was a plaster ceiling and there is absolutely no indication of any split between the original and replacement portions of the ceiling. Additionally Cliff needed to repaint one of the walls and there is absolutely no demarcation of where the repainting took place – colors matched perfectly etc. I previously used Cliff, about two years ago, to paint all of the rooms in my entire house. In addition as part of the job he installed crown molding in all of my rooms. I found Cliff to be extremely professional, extremely neat and everything that he did was with exact precision. I would highly recommend Cliff and as you can see I have recently used him again.

Description of Work: The owner set up an appointment and arrived on time. I showed him the work required and he told me that he would e-mail me his estimate. I received it the next day. He is very, very expensive.

Description of Work: Painted exterior of large house to include power wash house & deck. prep, scrape & sand loose paint, prime bare spots, repair or replace wood , 2 coats high quality paint.

Description of Work: I had a plaster wall in my bedroom repaired, primed, and painted. I liked the work and so had my upstairs hall (including 4 doors) and stairwell painted also. The owner completed the work himself.

Description of Work: Super storm Sandy came into town and brought an 80' oak tree into my family room. There was extensive damage from the tree that has now been repaired. Classic Painting came to the rescue to repair all the holes made by the tree and the damage to all the woodwork. After that portion was done, they painted the room paying excellent attention to intricate faux paintings that had to be painted around. I was especially impressed by the manner in which my possessions were taken care of during the restoration and painting job. Everything was either moved out of the room or covered completely. All window treatments were pulled back and covered or removed. The five entrances to the room were completely covered and four of them were totally sealed off leaving only one accessible. Classic Painting pays attention to all details both in preparation and execution of the job being done. I have used them before and will continue to use them. I seek no other estimates since I trust their work quality and ethics.
