Fair pricing and craftsman like job. Highly professional work from all involved. The job was done in the appropriate amount of time, with punctuality, respect and great clean up. Would and did hire again.

Aidan visited my home, offered solutions to both fix my crumbling porch, and also suggested bluestone as an excellent way of improving the look. Also suggested to remove my old front fence, instead of a strip of cement where it once was, to also do a strip of bluestone, which we loved, and turns out it looks great too! They demolished our old porch and stairs, and replaced the entire porch with bluestone, with layers of membrane and all appropriate materials underneath the stone, to ensure it doesn't leak into the foundation, and done at a correct angle so that rain water runs off the porch correctly. We're thoroughly impressed by how professional he and his crew were during the entire process, and look forward to working him them again in the years to come if we have further needs around the house. Highly recommend to everyone!

Phenomenal work at a great price! (following up on previous review, with pics)

Without a doubt our project with Sunnyside Masonry was the best contractor experience I've ever had in NYC. The owner, Aidan, nailed all the the crucial P's: promptness, professionalism, precision and price (a bargain, given the scope of the work). He showed up to give me an estimate the day I called, had a design for us the day after and was on-site everyday once work began. His crew is amazing - they hauled about 15 tons of gravel, sand, stone dust and bluestone up the front steps, through our brownstone, down the back steps and into the backyard without so much as a scratch. The house was prepped and protected in the morning (plastic and moving blankets on the floors) and restored at the end of day, so the whole project was minimally invasive, and completed in a week. Best of all, the work - both design and execution - was impeccable, and beautiful. It'll last forever. I've been dealing with contractors in the city for 20+ years, and it was such a pleasure to work with someone reliable who does exactly what he says he's gong to do and charges what he estimated (to the penny). I wish these guys did electrical and plumbing, too! Overall, a perfect (and exceedingly rare) experience. Can't recommend Sunnyside Masonry enough.

Aidan and his team were excellent. They got most of the project done in one day and the quality was really really good. The price was very reasonable. Aidan was very accommodating - he was willing to hold off jack-hammering until we took our toddler out for a play date (the noise would scare her). He also spent so much time making sure everything in our new ramp was perfect. I'd highly recommend him!

Aidan was very professional and quick to respond and got the job done well and without delay. We had a very good experience working with Sunnyside Masonry- they were conscientious about their workspace- making sure to cover and clean any cars that might get dust from the saw cuts they made in the concrete sidewalk.
