The crew of four arrived two and half hours late I was advised on the phone they would be at my home at 0800 they appeared at 1030. The supervisor or owner Marrientte was very friendly and so was her male worker, the other two ladies I did not really speak to. Before giving Sparkling Cleaning Service the job, the two Marrinette and the gentleman came to my home to give me an estimate. They appeared very professional. I explained that I just had my kitchen floor done it was re placed with ceramic tile so there was a lot of dust to contend with. The furniture was askew, I informed her I wanted a deep clean of all rooms all bathrooms sanitized. All ceiling fans cleaned. Furniture polished. Floors cleaned. Knick knacks and picture and frames cleaned. I more or less was explaining that I wanted a thorough deep cleaning of my house. Marrinette was so nice she told me not to worry, don t move anything her crew was there to help and that all the work would be done as explained. She walked into every room and told me "yes I can see all the dust." I was Quoted a price of 200.00 for the windows I was advised they would be thoroughly cleaned including the window sills and frames. I was given an estimate of 200.00 to 250.00 for the house cleaning. I because I had seen some good reviews decided to hire the crew. Omg what a disaster. I got up late so I really wasn't paying too much attention , they were working on what I don't know. Yes there were four workers. The windows were done but the ledges and sills were left dirty. No ceiling fans were cleaned. My furniture was not polished. The dining room was barely touched. All the so called furniture polishing had to be redone. Whatever they didn't complete I had to give a complete do over. Chairs were half way dusted not polished there is a difference. Bathrooms were not sanitized I found rust areas on inside ledges and the grout in the upstairs bathroom was not cleaned. Picture frames were filthy I cleaned them all myself. I am still trying to figure out how four people came into my house looked like they were working and did the worst job I ever experienced. Before she left me during the initial assessment, she said that she was OCD about cleaning, NOT. Anyway, I learned the hardway from now on I am just going by word of mouth. My husband did give her a call she would not really respond to the overpriced job, she did however state that she would come by on Tuesday to check the work, no that is not acceptable if she had come the next day ok, I was still cleaning up my house. To wait for Tuesday is just ridiculous.
