I purchased the granular tick deal from the company and they responded promptly to schedule and provide the service. We have since contracted them for additional pest control services. The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. They do not attempt to provide unnecessary services and have the best prices I have seen for this type of service.

I closed on my new house last week and was very stressed after a contractor noticed there were some sort of bunches of insects on the front steps which he thought might be termites. I called Pest Shield Corp and was very please to speak to Laura. She carefully explained that she thought it was not termites, and asked me to send a photo as she didn't want to have to charge me for a call out fee if I could send a photo. Laura thought they might be citronella ants, and after taking some photos and emailing them in to her, she was able to confirm this as well as give me suggestions on how to deal with them. I was very relieved with this answer and I felt Laura really responded to me quickly and put me at ease. I hope I don't have to use their services again but I felt pretty confident with them.

pest shield does a fantastic job providing us our monthly service and have done so for the last 3+ years. they are always punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. based on our experience i would highly recommend them for any job.

We had a rat problem (never expected that!) and Pest Shield came and is doing a wonderful job. We signed a year's contract as well. Then when it turned out we discovered carpenter bees, they came right away. Very responsive! Great company to work with!

We used them in August. They did an extermination. They were okay. They were fine. I felt like I had to push to get an appointment. We got fleas and it was a problem for us. I wanted them to come immediately. I did not want to wait a week. I was not thrilled. I needed them to come now. When I said "forget it," suddenly they were able to come tomorrow. I was not happy about that. We don't have fleas anymore so they resolved the issue. The guy who came was very nice. I probably won't use them again. I thought the price was a little high. The quality of the work was good. They did what they were supposed to do.

I was actually very happy with him. He definitely knew what he was talking about because he got rid of the problem. He was very accommodating with my schedule and the price was good.

The gentleman who arrived was punctual and knowledgeable about how to correct the issue. While he was scheduled to spray that day, as I was having my roof repaired he recommended returning at a later date to spray once all building material was removed from the site. He returned the following week and completed the spray. Number of ants has significantly reduced since he sprayed down to even none yesterday.

We have an annual contract with Pest Shield, and just renewed for the second year. It's expensive - but I don't really have a comparison to national chains, or even other local competitors. We chose Pest Shield because they are local, and have been very pleased with their services. They are one of the most prompt service providers I've dealt with, both in terms of answering the phone and questions, and for days they perform service. They arrive when they say they will, and they are always in communication with us. They let us know when they will do exterior spraying, even if we're not home. They have handled interior and exterior ant problems, and cleared a family of mice last winter. I would certainly recommend Pest Shield, they are great.

I like the personal attention they gave to my situation. They went above and beyond to fix certain damage to our house. Their level of service was very good. The only disadvantage was the cost, but I think it was worth it. They allowed me to set up payment plans. I would definitely recommend them to others. They do provide termite control for about half of the price of other companies.

They are really good people. They really took care of the problems I had and were very nice. They went out of their way to help me. They were very professional and nice to work with. They were kind and warm.
