floor cleaning
 + -1 moreI've used him for many years and he is excellent. He is very reliable. I have used him for a dozen years or more. I don't have much to compare on price, but I would say he is very reasonable. He has never overcharged me. He is very professional. We plan to use him again. I also used him for my office at the time that I had an office.
Description of Work: He comes on a regular basis to clean our hardwood floors. He also does carpets, but I don't have too many carpets. He does a large wood floor in our living room and he does it twice a year.

Strip old product off your floors (wood,laminate,ceramic, marble, granite, all types of mexican tile,rubber, concrete, vinyl & linoleum) Clean with a neutral cleaner. Protect & finish with a GreenSeal Certified product that is non skid. Paste waxing & buffing also available. We also clean carpets as well as remove carpets, padding, tackless, all nails & staples, tie it up and bag it.
We do not install or sell floors or carpets.
