First time I hired this provider was to replace all leaders and few gutters on a newly remodeled house with stucco siding. Owner and his team showed up on time for first appointment and were exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had two other bidders from the same area and none of them came close both knowledge-wise and also price-wise. I decided to hire the L.I.K and it was definitely the right move. They moved very quickly and finished the job within one day and a half. there was shortage of few pieces, so they installed temporary leaders and then when the parts came in they reassembled them with the right parts. It was extra work but they did it since they genuinely cared about the property (water damage from water spilling on the sides of the house) and went extra mile to get it done right. The owner was somewhat concerned with some of the leaders and their alignment and he came up with very creative solution on how to go around few corners to maintain the look of the house and not to make it look funky. The result was OUTSTANDING! the leaders simply "blended in" the house and it looked like the house was just built. Second time L.I.K did the work on an investment property that I purchased. The house was is very poor condition with leaky gutters. and again - the quality, the timing and the price were all in alignment! I made a mistake not to replace few parts that were in bad condition to save money (against the advise of the owner) and I ended-up replacing them as well. Even though it was my mistake, the owner was willing to go extra mile and help with replacing the remaining parts. Amazing service and excellent work!

Showed up and inspected without me being home. Did an excellent job, no problems.

Arrived on site on time. Three men quickly set up equipment and started removing old gutters. Advised that roof vent stacks needed new rubber seals which I was unaware of....thanks LIK. Completed install of new gutters and downspouts and changed pitch of rear gutter so water would no longer flow onto a lower roof. Project completed in 4 hrs. Very neat as there was no evidence that anyone had ever done work except for new gutters I had three estimates for this project. One was $ 1,000 more and one about the same as LIK. I chose LIK for their extensive background and excellent reviews. I'd recommend LIK to anyone who needs gutter work

They came as scheduled. Did the work within a couple of hours, cleaned up and charged exactly the estimate. The gutters lok great. Also they were able to do the estimate remotely using photos and google maps. Very efficient.

The work was done within one day, he and his crew came on time and had all materials ready. I wasn't even home when they finished, but the work was done exceptionally good and there was no need to "babysit" them. after the work was done Darren did few extra repairs and he was very fair with his pricing and timing. quality work and very pleasant experience.

Darren came by right away for an estimate. He explained that he and his brother would be performing all the work. They were punctual, neat, and finished the job in one day. Extremely happy with LIK. Highly recommend them.
