Description of Work: My husband and I met Evelyn in the summer when we began seriously looking for houses. Evelyn was in the process of obtaining NJ credentials and knowing how we wanted to look in Ramapo AND northern Bergen county, she expedited that process to make sure she could help us out. Evelyn was the perfect agent for us as first time home buyers, she got to know us and what we wanted in addition to being well aware of our limitations. She set up appointments to see homes and was patient and fabulous. Towards the end of the process, once we were working on an offer, Evelyn was ON TOP OF IT ALL. We had minor issues with the bank and the seller's agent and lawyer that Evelyn stepped in and smoothed over, facilitating everything. We will be recommending her services to anyone we know in Rockland and Bergen counties as an agent.

 + 0 moreI thought they were unprofessional. I thought they could have done everything better. I had an inspection done on the house. They told me that they would pay for the inspection. I was in the process of buying the house. They pulled out on me and they did not return the inspection money. I will not use them again in the future.
