ARTISTIC FLOORS

Over the past 8 years, they have done the wood flooring on my first floor, second floor and also the carpeting for my basement. The quality is top notch, price is great. It is awesome to work with a small family business like this that does such a great job.

Very professional family business where old values have been passed down. When I visited the showroom to select a rug and schedule an appointment for measurements; I was informed I would receive a call in a couple of days with a time/date for the home visit. I received the call exactly 2 days later, as informed. I was informed that the installers would be at the house at a certain date, between 12pm and 1 pm, not only to measure but to install the carpeting at the same time. At exactly 12pm the workers arrived, installed the carpeting and cleaned up after the work was completed. Both employees were cordial and professional while doing their jobs.

Very professional people. I went to the store and picked out what I wanted and at the price I wanted. He came to measure and then came and put it in when he said he would. Everything worked perfect!

Within an hour of picking out a wood floor and some carpeting on Saturday from their large inventory (deceptive for such a small store front which has a huge warehouse attached to the back), one of the owners, Joe, came out and measured everything and surveyed the job. He said he would drop off the material for the wood floor on Monday (it needs to acclimate for 48 hours) and his people would be there on Thursday. He dropped off the flooring as promised and Thursday morning I got a call to say that people would be there between 12 and 1. Two very professional and courteous men showed up at 12:15 and got right to work ripping out the old carpeting and carefully prepping the old floor underneath. They then laid out the new flooring and were relieved by two other equally friendly men at about 2:30 who began to nail down the new floor. By 4:30 everything was finished and looked great. They carefully removed all the trash to the bottom of my driveway, swept, vaccuumed and cleaned up every bit of mess. The following morning (Friday) I received a call from Joe about 9:00AM to say that the carpeting men would be coming out within the half hour. Showed up in about twenty minutes and also went right to work stripping out the old carpet and prepping the floor. Installation took about two hours. The men were both professional and courteous as the previous crew. They cleaned up all the mess, dragged everything out for trash pickup and vaccuumed the carpet before they left. Great job! So, less than a week from ordering, I had both a brand new wood floor and a brand new carpeted living room. Joe did everything he promised, was a great communicator, a knowledgable professional and a really nice man. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for flooring.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SCHEDULED THEMSELVES FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY MOVED REFRIGERATOR, ETC. AND PUT THEM BACK. THE ROOMS LOOKED GREAT!
