"07-28-22 We had service man out to treat for yellow jacket nests in two exterior wall locations. A week later the bees were still there. We phoned to request another treatment and were adamantly told to wait another week for treatment to take effect. A week later the bees were flying in and out with no problem. We phoned to report this and a service man was out the next day ( 08-12-22) to retreat the nests. By 08-18-22 there was no change and bees continued to freely fly in and out of the nests. For less than $10.00 I purchased a bee treatment powder at a local hardware store and within 2 days the bees were gone. So much for "Professional Service" at a cost of $200.00 plus tax. SHAME ON YOU!"

Jack receives a mixed review as our experience with him had some hits and misses. He gets a B for setting up a trap on the exterior of the home to encourage the racoon/squirrel to escape.
