G-Man Exterminating and Pest Control

Juan made telephone contact with me within 2 min. after I put in a request with Service Magic. We discussed what the problem was (Bees) and pricing. Jaun came out the next day (Saturday). Very nice guy. I will continue to use him and will recommend him to everyone I know who has a pest control problem.

I made the right choice by choosing John. He is extremely professional and an expert in his field. He called me to inquire about my pest issues. He was not pushy, nor did he try to hard sell his services. We made an appointment, but not immediately because I actually had committed to using the services of another exterminator. Well guess what.... I never got a call back from the first exterminator who said he would stop by and treat my pest problems. So, I called John. He made an appointment with me. He arrived on time. He used superior products to treat our bug issues. He was very respectful of our home and pets. Thanks John!!!

Juan was very courteous both over the phone an in person. He worked quickly, was very friendly and followed up on the work several months later. I would absolutely recommend him for his thoroughness and work habits as well as getting rid of the mice.

He went out of his way to do the job I requested - he even came on a Sunday! He called me while he was at the house to discuss the bee problem and the estimate. He also left information with my sons about his service and the chemicals he uses. He is an absolutely amazing person to deal with! John Garces is amazing! G Man Exterminating has the best customer service I have yet to experience. He called right away, setup an appointment within one day of the phone call, spent an hour explaining the pest care products to me and was able to come right away once hired! I couldn't be any happier with the service.

John from G-Man was very pleasant, flexible, and easy to deal with. G-Man's pricing was very competitive and he was willing to negotiate to arive at an amicable price. I believe you get very good service and value for what you pay. John went above and beyond. He cares about his customers and does the right thing. Compared to the other exterminators John was definitley more thorough and spent more time both in and outside my home. All around a good experience so far. I signed on with G-Man for an annual service contract and installed 12 Advance termite stations. Now we just have to find and kill the termites!!
