We needed two skylights replaced. They showed up on time. The workers cleaned up behind themselves, and they worked within my husband schedule. Donna and Matthew were always reachable to answer any questions.and we felt the pricing was far. The sheet rock didnâ t need to be replaced, and my bill was adjusted. We are very happy with the end result, and already have an estimate for a bathroom remodel! Pickford Contracting will be getting all our home improvement project.

Matt and Donna, workers were all professional and was very happy with all the work performed.

Matt and Donnas crew was at my house for a little over two weeks. I can t express properly how pleased I am with their work! They were so attentive to detail and walked me through every step of the work they were doing. My sewer pipe backed up in the house and destroyed the old bathroom and staircase. Picksford completely rebuilt my bathroom and the basement stairs as well as installing new walls in my laundry room. I am incredibly happy with the work they ve done and will certainly call them back for future projects! Also want to add that their tile work is beautiful and the stairs they installed are so much nicer than what was there. I highly recommend them!

We hired Pickford Contracting Services to remodel our basement, and we definitely made the right choice. Matthew and Donna are a class act. From the initial walkthrough of our unfinished basement to the day of completion, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. From the get-go, we were impressed with Donnas organization, the response time (very fast!), and willingness to negotiate on prices. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my barrage of questions. We always felt comfortable knowing she was working behind the scenes in making sure this project would be perfect. Matthew and his crew were just amazing. The work was completed quickly and to our exact specifications at a reasonable price. We could tell he takes pride in his work from his attention to detail -- making sure every little thing was done perfectly, down to the last door hinge and speck of paint. In the end, they transformed our musty unfinished basement into a sleek and welcoming office and entertainment space for us to enjoy. Looking at the before pictures, I honestly do not recognize our old basement! I would highly recommend them to anyone. SECOND PROJECT**** We were so happy with the recent basement to remodel Pickford Contracting Services did that we did not even consider anyone else when we decided to have our deck repaired and re-finished. Our deck had been rotting in places, missing stairs, and was badly in need of repair, and Matthew and crew did a fantastic job with everything. They finished the whole project very quickly, and our deck looks stunning. Donna gave us a great price and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Having completed both a major and a minor project in our home, both of which we were thrilled with the results, we would highly recommend PCS to anyone.

They did an amazing job framing and installing for me. They were on time, lived up to their word and were extremely proactive. They worked around my schedule and made the process super easy. Looking to hire them again shortly to do a future job.

Warning! Stay Away! I was told by Donna and her husband Tom that plumbers were coming over to fix my shower cartridge and that it will cost $150 for the first hour and 75 an hour after that and that they said it would not take more than 2 hours, her exact words! She came with her husband to my home to tell me this, so I made an appointment for the following week and 2 less than handymen came over to TRY to fix the cartridge! 1 guy was not even doing anything! They were at my place for 2 and a half hours and could not fix it, so they left and since they could not fix it no money was given to them! Matthew, the owner yesterday demanded to get paid for work that was not done! He came to my home BANGING on the door AGGRESSIVELY and said I CAN SEE YOU! While looking through my door windows and would not leave for a while threatened to call the cops and take me to court! He would not leave my property for a long time, I could have called the cops on him for harassment and trespassing! He kept on banging on my door and would not leave! They probably do not have an office, and they only have a cell phone that is used for this so-called business! He is crazy STAY AWAY and you will be glad you did!

My venture began with a septic flood that destroyed my basement. Beside myself I sought out Matthew and Donna's expertise. I had need of a completely new basement and decided to put in a full bath at the same time. I was not disappointed. They guided me through a otherwise arduous process with grace and ease. They work a pleasure to work with, they were clear and communicative laying out each step along the way making certain that each step was to my stringent standards, bearing up to the numerous changes that I detailed along the way. I can hardly tell you how happy I was with the result, their finished product surpassed my expectations. The workmanship of the workers was detailed perfection, and the were a pleasure to have in my home. Based on my experience I would certainly hire them again.

Donna and Matthew were friendly and professional. They were easy to work with and did what I wanted without pushing unneeded work. Their workers did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves and even took care of some little extras that they encountered. The work was completed in a timely manner and the end result is terrific. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

Donna and Matthew were kind. They were reassuring. They knew exactly what I was going through and how to repair all of the damages. And due to the fact that it was a rental property and it was tenant damages they also took the initiative to look through the house for further damages and found some. I felt totally protected. Highly recommend them. They gave me the itemized estimate the next morning via email that I needed for court.
