They did not eliminate the problem. They came back a second time and still did not find the source of the problem. I finally hired a carpenter who quickly saw where the ants were coming from and solved the problem. Orkin was on a quarterly program. When they were scheduled to return, they did not arrive within the 4 hour window they had given me. I re-scheduled for the following week and again they did not arrive within the 4 hour window they provided. I called to speak to the manager. He was not in but they said he would call me. He never called. I finally chased him down days later. He never apologized or offered me any compensation. I told them to terminate my agreement.

You have to buy four visits with them, you can't just buy one. They kept coming when I wasn't home. They weren't spraying in my home, but I was still getting charged with visits. It was bizarre, so I wasn't happy with them. My husband canceled them in April. It was $100 or more each time they came.

It was good. They were pretty efficient, professional, and knowledgable. I would hire them again.

When the service provider arrived to do the work, I asked for the contract. The contract indicated that I would receive one year of maintenance not the two I asked for. The service person said that he had never had a customer get two years of maintenance. He called the sales person who had arranged the two year contract. When I spoke to the sales person, he said that on the contract i should just cross out 1 and put 2 and sign it. I told him that wasn't good enough for me to trust that I would get the two year maintenance. I told him to fax a new contract signed by Orkin. He said I could speak to his supervisor and his supervisor would tell me that I had a two year contract. Then sent the service person on his way and told the sales person that I would only allow the service if I had a contract that stated it was for two years. I never heard back from Orkin.

I HAD AN OVERALL OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH ORKIN. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE ARE ANSWERED VERY HONESTLY. GOOD JOB KEEPING THE INSECTS AWAY.

THIS COMPANY HAD TO COME BACK TO MANY TIMES TO FIX ONE PROBLEM. WHEN I WOULD CALL FOR SERVICE I WOULD NOT GET NO RESPOND. THE WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE AND LAZY.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THINGS TO YOU AND TELLING YOU WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME, AND THEY DID.

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY CAN BE A LOT MORE RELIABLE MAYBE IF THEY HIRED MORE HELP. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE AT A CERTAIN DAY, AND THEY DO NOT COME. I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE, AND THAT IS A PAIN.

THE PRODUCT AND QUALITY WERE OKAY. SOME OF THE WORKMEN WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY JUST CAME AND WENT, AND THEY WERE NOT VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY JUST KEPT MISSING APPOINTMENTS LEFT AND RIGHT. THEY WOULD MAKE APPOINTMENTS, AND THEY JUST WOULDN'T SHOW UP.

THEY DON'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY HAVE APPOINTMENTS. THEY DON'T CALL. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS BOTH UNRESPONSIVE AND RUDE, BOTH ON A LOCAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL. IN THE FOUR YEARS I'VE USED THEM, I'VE CALLED THE DISTRICT OFFICE FIVE TIMES AND THE NATIONAL OFFICE SIX. I PAID THEM FOUR YEARS FOR A PROBLEM THEY NEVER SOLVED, WHEREAS ANOTHER NATIONAL CHAIN SOLVED IT AFTER ONE VISIT. OVERALL THEY SUCK.
